Patty was awesome...friendly, outgoing and knew her stuff. She gets the 5 star...the down side was the bathroom; no paper towels, 2 squares of toilet paper left and the bathroom needed some serious cleaning. This was sad to me since they are a medical supply company. Patty did tell her office manager so I am hopeful the situation has been taken care of.

My experience today was great with AeroCare. Patty the nurse and respiratory therapist was awesome. She took time with me and asked all the right questions to fit me correctly for my CPAP.

They were very fast in contacting me and getting the equipment to me. Lee was extremely helpful with setting everything up, and it is obvious that he cares and loves what he does.

David was very kind and helpful. He went out of his way to explain to me how to properly put the nebulizer together. I appreciate him being so patient.

The associate at Pharmacy Inc., Amanda was very polite& helpful explaining everything and answering questions. The delivery associate, Lee was very polite and helpful. He explained the use and mechanics of the nebulizer.

They did amazing job going thru what you needed to know about how to operate your c pap and help you if your with something ! Made it to where you could understand! Teresa did a wonderful job !

I didn't specify I needed a rollerator at first. They were so gracious after I had them waste a trip with walker like I already had. Before I could get it changed I fell and broke my ankle on both side, requiring surgery. I told my Dr. about the issue and in no time, AeroCare brought my new rollerator to my hospital room and adjusted height for me.

Good she explad everything at a nice speed made sure ee didn't have any questions. Printed out set up instructions ,she even know what the new insurance would cover with out looking.

I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by Patty shortly thereafter. She did a great job of explaining all the features of the new machine and set everything up according to my preferences, including the MyAir application on my phone. She then placed all the items back into the carrying case and I was out the door shortly after what would have been the starting time of my appointment. Great customer service!
