Best Buy

I have experienced some of the best customer service ever at the hotel circle location. From store employees, to management, to geek squad, to the in home techs. Due to this, I buy 100% of my electronics at this Best Buy location.
I also enjoy being a tech member. I originally became a tech member, due to the coverage on my cell phone. Not realizing how many other benefits it comes with. The membership has benefited me is many ways.

Nice place to go! We found our tv monitor for our grandson. Our grandson needs extra equipment. Best buy had what we needed. We'll be back for more. Great place, good people!

These guys do a really nice job at this location. Always very friendly. They actually seem eager to help, when staffing allows. Seems their younger workers actually know how to talk with people, have actual conversations! ; )

I've been there about 7 times in the last week...each of those experiences was solid. Sadly had to return a couple items recently (setup issues)...but they've been great.

Believe me I'm no Best Buy or corporate fanboy by default. But these guys really seem to be working at it! This is really one of the few Big box stores I'll even patronize, anymore.

I actually think I'm becoming a Best Buy fan again!

It was a fast and simple transaction. Really great when you need to do a quick stop after work before you get home.

They have done a great makeup of the store since they had a flood of water a few months ago. It looks spacious and the carpet fills soft with comfortable as you walk on it. The building looks nicer then the Rio rancho store. It's worth my time to go just to walk around and see all the nice toys you would want to buy, too take home.

Always feel good to visit this Best Buy really friendly helpful staff thanks for giving us great service.

Awesome I got my SAMSUNG SURROUND THEATER SPEAKER BAR WITH SUB WOOFER system to go withy SAMSUNG TV I FRECKING Love IT! Pick up was amazing. Very easy and great way to do shopping. order online and quick pick up thank you BEST BUY

George who works in the T.V. section was very knowledgeable and also had the best customer service I have experienced at a retail store. Please give that man a raise!

The tall guy in the TV department was very helpful and made going in and buying a TV very easy. Got a great deal on an LG 86".

A employee from Best buy went above and beyond to help me. Her name was Shawna, I definitely recommend her if somebody needs assistance.

Bought an open box TV and my experience was great. Helpful and friendly staff. They wrapped the TV very well with excessive amounts of bubble wrap. The markdown was crazy low, as it was a display TV, but 3 weeks in and no issues. Plus I bought the geek squad protection, so if anything did arise, I'd let them know, and adjust my review accordingly.

Super helpful staff and quick to respond, I needed a memory card for my dashcam and they were swift to help.

They have a great assortment of products in all areas for the home. I hope to have a home I can fill with some of these things

Offer electronic trade-in, recycle, and Geek squad protection plan paid off (either fix or replace within warrenty time) for pricey Samsung, Phillips, Canon, and Nintendo devices!

Always easy to deal with staff very friendly. Great service all.around clean store.

I went to Best Buy to recycle a very old computer and monitor. They were great with helping me unload it into their recycling box. Really cool and kind people that I had seen that day.
Note: I don't know if they recycle the newer model monitors. Mine was antique 🤣
Or if they do there may be a charge. (Sorry can't remember) so maybe call first.
