I really like Target. The stores have easy parking, and they are truthful about time needed have purchased ready. If they say, TODAY 2 HOURS, Target exactly means TODAY. Thank you Target.

Target on Lomas in Albuquerque has exceptional customer service. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Everytime I need a hand with something they treat me well and with care.

The Target on Lomas has some of the best customer service representatives in ABQ when compared to most businesses. I've placed several orders for pick-up and each person (as well as other reps in the cashier area for regular checkouts) has been super friendly and helpful. I so appreciate good customer service. Also, the "Target Circle" promotions were a great way to save money. I don't know how often they have them, but I recommend them.

Found what I was looking for. It was fast and efficient. The store was clean. I was able to find my electronic device very quickly.

Even though most products are in locked shelves in the makeup department, the associate was right there to open the case for me. I was easily able to get what I wanted and the associate was very pleasant.

I like how I get my additional discount for using my red card. In my family every penny counts right now. I always get friendly service and today our cashier took us as his last customer even though he had already turned off his light. He was very sweet even though he looked very tired and it doesn't seem to matter which Target we go to we seem to get friendly service. Target seems to be doing better with their employees because they are very kind and are having better customer service

Classy store, and friendly employees. I buy all my makeup here, in addition to everything else that other stores put behind bars. I like feeling like I can shop and look at products without feeling like a criminal or like I’m interrupting someone’s day.

We’ve had many great drive up experiences here. Always on time; never had broken or crushed products. Every staff member we encountered was professional. I’ve tried tipping a few and they all said no thanks so I thought the least I could do was leave a positive review.

I’ve always like this store because it is always clean and have really clear aisles to travel on. This store in particular has a really fantastic front in help with red hair. This last visit I made it a point to get her name it is Amber. She is always attentive and before help is needed she is calling them up. If you have a problem she always has the solution. She always has a smile and is so good with her customers. What I admire about her is the way she interacts with both her customers and her employees. When they come to her with a problem she shows them how and lets them actually do it.
This store has a really good electronics section with a amazing assortment of Apple products. Other than a actual bookstore they have the best selection of books, both paperbacks and hard covers. After a holiday season is over their clearance is always a bargain to shop through. All in all a very good place to shop and if you’re lucky Amber will be on duty providing a superior checkout experience.

I love being able to order my items on-line and having it brought to my vehicle within two hours! Such a convenience, especially during these Covid-19 times. I have done this several times, and there has never been a problem with my order. I also appreciate the promptness (sometimes the employee is there waiting for me!), and they are always so polite.

I wanted to take time to recognize several employees at the Lomas Target in Albuquerque. Today I picked up an order and when I got home I saw that the bottle of cleaner had actually come undone and had spilled all over everything else in the bag which included some paper back books. First is James who was collecting carts in the parking lot. He called Guest Services and Xin came right out. I am on full time oxygen and just now getting back out into the world. Xin replaced all the items and brought them to me. Another young man gave me an update as well as James who wanted to make sure I knew the status. The whole time they referred to me as their “guest” which was actually very nice. They also gave me a gift card for my troubles. This store is a “Class Act”. Target always has been a cut ahead!! Thanks Lomas Target!!

They have a great selection, attentive staff and great security.It is clean there. They are willing to help you with gift card entry and any questions you may have. This is a great store if you value customer service and quality. They care about public health and safety. They will remove dangerous and harmful products from the shelf. Wow.

I was at the 11120 Lomas Target store today, 1/25, about 1pm.

I use a Handicapped Access Van - meaning I use scooter and use ramp to get in and out of van. I need extra space to park - specifically the parking spaces marked Handicap Parking - VAN ACCESSIBLE. Never fails when I go someplace the VAN ACCESSIBLE parking spaces are taken and usually by people/cars that do not need them. I've learned to think about where I go and where I'll park.

Target is one of a few stores that designate "Driver Pick Up". Some of these spaces are next to zoned off areas which make for an ideal place for someone with an accessible van to park. That is what I did today because all the Van Accessible spaces were occupied. A target employee let me know (on my way out) that I was wrong to park there.
While I admire him taking me to task - I tried to explain that he/you should be talking to the people taking up the handicap spaces. I know that you cannot ticket "offenders" but you can take them to task as he did me. Sadly there'll be arguments and offenses taken like there were today which will damper the outlook of people's day.

The thing about any "Driver Pick Up" parking spaces is that the customers picking up orders call the store WHEN THEY ARRIVE with the SPACE NUMBER they are in. So consequently no one is going to be calling for pick up if they park in a space and go into the store. I would think an employee could figure out why a handicap van parked there.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who has done this - I've only done it when I can't find a space. I do try to find something else. When I've parked in the boonies - it never fails that when I come out there is someone parked next to me and I can't get into my van. So at your Target, I opt for the Driver Pick Up IF I can't find a space.

Not sure what the answer is for violators of "Drive Up Pick Up" or "Handicapped Parking" or "Handicapped Parking Van Accessible". The City doesn't have the staff or time, businesses don't want to/ can't invest the time or expense to monitor parking lots. It seems to me that businesses and the City could make some money if they forged a partnership to address and enforce the issues. Bottom line for everyone - is it REALLY worth it to get upset if someone is parking in the wrong space?? Trust me I probably get much more irritated about this than any of your employees do.

The whole point of this was to provide prospective and apologize to your employee. My door is quick to close and a pain to open. I apologize for not discussing the matter more and being rude.

I do appreciate what salespeople deal with.

This place is always clean and maintained well. Very friendly and helpful staff. It is well stocked and easy to find what you may want & more than you came for. That is if you are an impulse buyer. Check out is usually quick expect on holiday sales when everyone is in the store. They are way better than K-mart & Walmart put together. Just love this store.

Never in my life did I think I would be leaving a review for a Target, but WOW I felt so compelled to write this! Legit the nicest Target I’ve ever been to. Everyone who worked there said either a “hello/how are you!” or a “can I help you find anything/I love that dress too” kind of comment. Where did they find all these super nice employees!? LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH!!! Thank you!
