Ross Dress for Less

I love this Ross. They recently started letting people in one by one which isn't that big of a deal for me because it does increase my satisfaction as a consumer/ customer. There are more items in stock and I'm sure their loss prevention team has benefitted. They are only taking credit so don't go with cash or debit. Also, they are only taking payments 50.00 dollars at a time. Just a longer process but it doesn't affect my experience negatively.

Nice store good prices good selection but the security guard are very distracting and make u feel awkward they walk around and stand super close in your personal space to where it made me uncomfortable. But other than that great servis a good experience

I had an outstanding experience with Makayla at cashier. Her exceptional customer service and efficiency stood out. Makayla's friendly demeanor and quick, accurate transactions made my shopping experience delightful.

good prices on furniture, got some very good pieces at this location.

I am so happy with a small purse I got, to replace another one that ripped about two months after I got it.

Located some items we needed. The wait in line to pay for purchases was long, ft like walking out and it was ridiculous because only two cashiers. The one lady at our register was standing there texting while we waited for her to complete our purchases. First, she's too old and should know better not to be texting. And we were frustrated that only two cashiers were available to work while having 5 registers. One worker walked up, got something, looked at the line and left. I would hesitate to shop there again.

I just love this store!!!
Today I went shopping and I saw an amazing new stock of clothes and of course shoes!!
The entire store is so beautiful and comfortable. There is security guards inside and outside of the store. Even though they are guarding all of us , we seem to feel protected and we can go about our shopping happily.

I really love this place they have so much nice stuff. The only thing if you see something you like you better get it or you may never see it again. Easy to spend money here. Very reasonable prices.

Surprisingly it's very organized and stocked.

This is the go to place for me whenever I need clothes! They have great prices for women men and kids! They have clean bathrooms and changing rooms! The highest I’ve seen clothes here was 16$ for jeans. Their shoes are great prices and great quality! So much better than Walmart. Every time I’ve come here I’ve at least gotten 3 things. They have a great selection of clothes and house decor, packaged food, notebooks and even pillows and blankets! I’m so happy I found this place! ❤

Awesome shopping experience. Was able to find wonderful Halloween/Fall decor, kitchen and bedroom novelties for my new townhome. The prices were great and no waiting in line. Store was very clean and cashiera we're very nice.

Very nice and clean store. Very friendly associates that helped us out with our questions on their merchandise. Will definitely be back for more shopping 🛍.

Must say they have nice gear must go visit one of my favorite places to shop for clothes.

Given its location it is still one of the best in Albuquerque. It's always clean the staff is mostly friendly and they always have a good selection of things. The only thing I don't like is that now they no longer do the dressing rooms in the back of the store.

This Ross is very organized. I spent so much time in the accessories area looking through (and buying most of) the variety of facial moisturizers, cleansers, body soap/wash, natural oils. The staff here is nice too.

Ross Dress for Less is my favorite place to work, Ross has the friendliest associates! I know, because I'm one of them !!! great environment, fast customer satisfaction, the one place you can and will find treasures everyday. :-D

Love this place!!! Never miss a visit when I'm near one of stores.
