I just wanted to say how absolutely AMAZING Tandra is!!! After having a super UGH night, Tandra made up for it with incredible service, WAY above and beyond!!! THANK YOU, TANDRA!!!

Good, healthy food but a bit pricey.

Paneras is always a good place to start your day, or lunch time, and evening a dinner
A very good selection of items to choose from, assorted homemade bake goods, and a variety of drinks to enjoy with your meal.

The only change is service is off, for no one wants to work. And, with the turnover now in staff, it's not the Pancras of the old.

Kevin is now the new manager, and he's doing a great job. Service has improved, and on a cold afternoon or evening, enjoy the fireplace to warm you up.

Kevin and his hard working crew, and dept managers, have stepped up service, and a new seating arrangements inside.
The service and food items, and assortment if cool, refreshing summer drinks are waiting for your appetite, and taste buds.

The question posses to me was; " has Paneras gotten any better?"

Yes! Indeed Paneras continues to get better and better each new day. Just like our beautiful weather.

Manager, Kevin and staff, are like the Bills Mafia. Step in up step it up.

Sadly, Kevin left to go back to his contractors position.
Dan is the new manager, and a very down to earth guy, customer service oriented.
However, staffing this location, like many businesses, is getting harder.

Dan is the Man, whose's doing all he can, keeping up with Paneras and working with staff. This location is a great spot for the community as a whole.
So, if you need a job, and enjoy good food and drink, call Dan to be interviewed.

They have great soup and salads

The food is always delicious and ready on time for pickup! Their flavored lemonades and teas are especially tasty. Thinking about their sandwiches are making me hungry now! If you ever need a quick bite while shopping at the plaza, don't hesitate to stop at this location!

Came in on a gorgeous sun filled day! Enjoyed their delicious coffee with a nicely toasted chocolate chip bagel. For a treat spread on alittle plain cream cheese. The topper was i had a free bag on my card/rewards. Now that's a deal!

Just moved from the West Coast and was happy to see there was a Panera bread in town. I tried the drive-thru and was very satisfied. The service was fast and the meal was perfectly made, super delicious. And the guy with the rose tattoos (Aaron? I think oops) was awesome! He was super friendly and had excellent customer service. I will definitely be making this location a part of my weekly routine.

First prelims/finals swim meet for my son. We wanted to eat somewhere that had healthier option since he had to be in the water again in two hours. Service was fast even though it was very busy.

Great facility. Dine in or dine out options. They have quite the setup for digital orders. Pizza is good, coffee is good, snacks, cookies, and more. They are primarily known for their soup, salad, and sandwiches; however, they do offer more. They are handicap accessible. They have public bathrooms. Drive thru available. They give you buzzers for dine in meals. They have outdoor seating. Plexiglass at check out. Free wifi. I would highly recommend them.

Dined at this location many times. We’ve done dine in, take out and drive thru. Usually our orders come out with no issues. Happy with this location.

Went for lunch with the Mrs and son. Was asked if they could help carry my food to the table and as we were sitting down a manager asked if the order was good and grabbed any extras we needed. When we were done the same manager then asked to clear our plates and was very nice and social! Great food, great service dont mind the price when you recieve A+++ service

Wonderful food. Broccoli Cheddar soup is delicious, and salads are awesome. Never had a bad meal there. Bagels are fantastic. Always a good experience.

I order delivery from the webster location very often, and always use the online ordering bc im kinda picky and its easier to edit my food specifically over the website. I have never had an order made wrong and delivery is always quicker than estimated. My usual driver, Jon is hands down the best delivery driver! He is so sweet and genuinely a happy person. The other driver Tim ive only had a couple times but he is great too! I love ordering from here. Thank you for the great service!

If you love home cooked, farm to table, style food then by all means, $28 dollars gets: 1. 2 ½ sandwiches, 2 soups, and 2 drinks with the Pick 2 deal. And major recommendation, bread bowl your soup, all bread items are gluten free.

Everything is fresh, the souffles are fantastic, the drinks are great, the staff is always friendly. It's one of the few places I can take my son to eat and he actually loves their food which is by and large, good for you

Every panera I've ever been to has been clean and friendly - this one included. The food is always delicious and fresh. Service is quick, but not a place to go if you're running late to work and are trying to get a meal.

I had the strawberry poppy seed salad with chicken. It was a delicious salad and the half size is perfect! It was filling and satisfying. It's probably my new favorite

Cody is the best thing at Panera Bread (Webster, NY). He is the nicest guy and provides a great customer experience every time. His smiling face greets me every time I walk through the door. Cody makes the entire Panera visit that much sweeter.

The Panera Webster location on Holt Rd should be the model for all Panera's. Here's why they are clean, friendly, polite, accomondating​ and most of all the food is fresh. These are just a few of the exceptional employees Donna, Denise, Erie etc....sorry for not putting all your names but you know who you are. Thank you and continue being great it really means so much to us, Panera customers
