AT&T Store

My sister and I had the best experience with Fremio. He had so much to help us with in adding a phone, updating me with a new iPhone and all the upgrading and accessories and explaining the details. Can’t say enough about Fremio. He is nice and knowledgeable. My sister mentioned it was the most pleasant experience we both ever had in a phone store.

My Sister 👇🏼 Deborah (Debbie) & I just went to an AT&T store that gave us the most Pleasant Experience Thanks to Fremio with assistance of Norman , This Visit was Relaxing, with Ease of understanding issues Regarding our Needs for an Upgrade of one Phone and an Add on of a new line to another phone, and purchasing the correct accessories we needed for both phones. I highly recommend you visit them if your in SAUGUS Rt one Located next to Jimmy's Steer house Restaurant.

I went in to the AT&T store today needing a transfer pin number and Jose was outstanding! Jose was professional, courteous and extremely helpful.

I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service I received from Josh today for my upgrade and purchases! He is amazing, knowledgeable, professional and exceptionally helpful! He helped multiple customers with ease and he was extremely thorough. I highly recommend going to this AT&T store at 124 Broadway in Saugus.

Went into the Saugus Store #124 in Augustine Plaza. This is a return visit for us since our first time there was a great experience. We met the Sales Person, Josh, who was there to greet ua as we entered and guide us toward the phones we were looking for. Once we decided what phone we wanted with the help of Josh and his explanation of the phones and their differences, he got us set up with the new phones, ready to be used before we left the store. We got full explanation of the bill and plan that we had and and his card and number if we had any other questions that might come up in the future. Another Great Experience At The Store... Today in the AM I was at this AT&T location, and I met Joshua Torres. I want to say that I feel that he was very helpful, and he went beyond in attending my needs. I went for an easy task which was just the re-activation of an apple phone that I got new under guarantee from Apple, and he walked me through every detail that I needed like making sure that phone was working and even moving my screen protector from previous phone to the new one. I was very grateful that he attended all my needs patiently. I recommend this location and service from Joshua Torres.

Joshua provided excellent customer service with the purchase of my new iPhone. We had a great discussion comparing pros and cons of phone models, brands and services. It was an enjoyable experience!

I had the absolutely best experience at this AT&T store, specifically because of the technician, Elijah that I had the pleasure of meeting and working with. I was dreading the process of going in to upgrade my iPhone but as soon as I walked in, the dread was completely replaced with relief. Elijah was informative and helpful and had me with my new phone in less than 10 minutes! Truly the best experience I’ve had a phone store.

The best experience I’ve ever had at an AT&T store, it’s a one man store and he can multitask like no other. Got me and a customer in front of me out of there with brand new phones quickly. Respectful to me as a provider on the ambulance and a FirstNet customer. Would and will come back. 10/10

My daughter needed a new phone after dropping it in the pool. We ordered online and picked up the new pink iPhone the next day.
Austin greeted us upon arriving to the store. He was with another customer but immediately acknowledged us and said he’d be with us shortly.
Austin was super helpful! He helped set up my daughter’s phone and made sure she had everything working before we left. He also told us to call if we had any questions. We would shop this location anytime. Best customer service!!

Was wonderful and easy to work with. Unfortunately I didn’t have my Apple ID with me so he was unable to help me set up new phone from a completely dead phone. Since he was working alone,I didn’t want to tie up more of his time as the line behind me was quickly growing.
He did tell me to return and will help me out if I couldn’t do it.
I have done some set up but unable to fully transfer everything over so I might have to go visit Austin .
I highly recommend him!

Maybe all the sales reps are great but Austin was exceptional when I stopped in to weigh out whether to upgrade my phone & watch. Not only did I upgrade my phone, but also my watch and (due to a new plan) was able to lower my whole family’s cellular plan by $40 per month. Thanks for everything Austin!

Me and my boyfriend went into the AT&t store last week sometime as his phone was not charging and was looking to purchase an upgrade. We were greeted by Austin and let me tell you this kid should get a raise he was astronomical and helping us with everything including transferring everything from old phone to new phone. Selling us the correct accessories charges etc. He was very knowledgeable and very very friendly I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to do anything as far as cell phones with at&t. It was the most wonderful experience we have had in a very very long time.

My service experience with Austin M at the Saugus Ma AT&T store was truly outstanding. He demonstrated everything one looks for in customer service including knowledge of products, sincere desire to answer any/all questions, patience, friendliness and competence.
He really comes across as, not only an employee but, someone who enjoys what he does. The company is lucky to have such a find and would be wise to foster and support him to stay and advance for the value he brings .

Austin and Elijah were very helpful when I came in and had some questions regarding upgrading a phone for a family member. They reviewed the account and figured out what the best option would be for me.
They worked together efficiently and were able to answer all of my questions.
The store was very clean and organized.

I went to this store earlier this month, about 3 weeks ago, and the employee, Henrique, could not have been more helpful. Prior to this, I had signed onto AT&T through a promotion, and needed help with the new phone I received as part of that promotion. I had gone to another AT&T store, asking for assistance in transferring data from my old phone but I was told by the employee there that he couldn't do it because "it would take too long". However, Henrique was more than patient in helping me with this, assisting me in questions I had about accessories I could need for the new phone, as well about my new account, while we waited for the data to be transferred from my old to new phone. He also advised about what to do in closing out with my old carrier. Beyond that visit, he has since followed up with texts to see if there's anything else I need assistance with. Overall, an excellent experience
