I went in today for an exchange and Natalie was the only employee. They were super busy but she was very quick and attentive. She even called customers by their name and got everything correct. She did a great job!

I had a great experience here yesterday. I am originally from here, but currently live in the Philippines. The one thing I have noticed, since living abroad, is that customer service in the United States is generally horrible. I guess, growing up here, the attitudes and unwillingness to help had become normal to me. When I moved, I experienced true customer service for the first time and realized how much was lacking here in the US. And to my surprise, I found this same experience at Journeys (Arundel Mills Mall). The sales associate (I forget his name, but he was from Florida) was extremely friendly and helpful. He helped my son and I pick up a pair of Pro Mods for much cheaper than any other store. He attended to other customers (with the same pleasant attitude) while we were trying on the shoes and yet we never felt any lack of attention towards us. They seemed to know him as well. They were dapping it up and talking about shoes. I am guessing previous customers. I will definitely visit this store location each time I pass through Maryland.

The best shopping experience in a long time. @Journeys........I hope you realize what a “gem” you have!

My first time at this establishment. I have to say I received the best customer service. A nice young lady by the name of sakara throughly helped me choose the right pair of vans for I was on the fence between two different styles when I walked in. She was sweet & very organized when bringing me the different sizes & styles to try on. I would recommend her for any needs you may have at journeys!
