Great visit, primarily due to Rafael the salesperson, he was professional, friendly and helpful. More people should take an interest in their job and customers like Rafael does. Store had a nice selection, and good holiday sales. Very pleased with the whole experience.

I stop by the mall this Thursday afternoon to splurge. As I walked by the express door window I am mediately had to do a double take. I was very impressed and decided to take a picture and when I looked around another woman was admiring the same look in the window. Good work to whoever created this look because it feels like fashion week. Lighting, position, duality. I love it

I have had nothing but positive experiences here!
My only complaint would be how rude other customers seem to be.
On my few trips here I noticed multiple people throwing clothing from different sections into clearance, and customers berating the cashiers because the sale is not the same sale from nearly a month ago.

Every staff member I have interacted with has been nothing but kind and helpful to make sure I am able to get the best experience possible.
I travel around the state a lot and arundel mills seems to genuinely put more effort into their store than the other outlets I have shopped at.

So while I get that it can be messy it’s also incredibly busy and with COVID you can’t expect them to have 20 people working to make sure the store is tip top every second as well as having the necessary amount of cashiers.

Really nice store. Had tons of stuff, I was just too hungry to put my mind on any purchases. Maybe next trip, we cut it kinda close to closing time..

Although retail workers are trained to appear friendly, I found the employees to be genuinely friendly and welcoming to not only me, but everyone else they interact with as well. The clothes are overpriced for the quality you get, but no one that I interact with has any way over that.

Literally my favorite store. They only carry items that sold well in other places so they have an excellent selection. You wont find the things here online! They always have a good selections of sizing. They also have a really nice section of work clothes

Great atmosphere. Friendly and helpful crew. They know how to show you what works best for you and style.

I like this location. Majority of the time you can find someone to assist you if you have any questions or need assistance. I also like the men and women collections.

Customer service is over the top! Always welcoming and the staff are always willing to help me with any questions I may have.

My favorite place to shop at. Since this is a factory outlet store it has lesser verity at the store. In my opinion the store needs to be remodeled. The staff is welcoming and helpful.
