They are very helpful here with finding the correct shoe for your foot and your walk! They check the shoe fit. I know that may sound funny but most stores don’t anymore.
They have a huge selection of Brooks, Hokyas, and Mazuno’s plus others. Even some Naot and quality flip flops. Since I found them I have a nice selection of comfortable walking shoes. ☺

Unbelievable customer service. Went for the first time today after my PT recommended I go to to this store to be fitted for running shoes. I was amazed at how knowledgeable, kind and patient the staff was. At one point, three people (including my awesome salesperson, Tom) were analyzing my gait to try to help me wear the right shoe for an upcoming race. I live about an hour away from this store and will drive the distance happily next time I need a new pair. This is the third running shoe store I've been to in the last month and by far the most superior in my opinion. Side note, they have a "kid area" for younger kids to hang out in while parents get fitted for shoes!! Absolutely genius, didn't have my kids with me but they would have loved it.

I took my dad to Pacers and Racers to get shoes. He recently had a toe removed and needed some good supporting shoes for rehab. Evan was very patient ,took time and listened to my concerns,. Evan helped me stand my dad up every time we tried on a pair of shoes,,as he was in a wheelchair. Even when we left, he helped me to the car, and made sure we were good to go!

I haven't had any luck finding shoes that are comfortable. I walked in and they could tell straight away. An hour later I walked out on clouds! Went back a week later and picked up the dress shoes I tried on when I was there before. I'll be back!

I can not express enough how impressed I am with this store. I guess this is the first time is YEARS I have went to the kind of shoe store I did as a kid and got shoes. I kept waiting to hear my mom say, "Do you think you can run fast in those"...lol. In all seriousness, the folks here were great. My sales person was Cat Patton. She was fantastic. I tried on probably 12-15 different steel toe or composite toe shoes and she was happy to help without me ever feeling like I was bothering her. She had great suggestions and knew what questions to ask based on my needs. I also bought one pair of inserts for more support and she helped me with six or eight different types of those. Bottom line, if you need shoes and you have any special need for support, width, steel or composite toe, anything at all, this is the place to go. Cat said they are not on commission however I would ask for her, she's awesome!
Never go cheap on shoes, you spend one third of your life on your feet. You deserve comfort.

BEST shoes i've ever had. Great customer service too, and they don't receive commission so they don't have an incentive to sell things that the customer doesn't need. Never going to another shoe store ever again lol.

So nice to buy a pair of shoes with personal service and attention. Very wide selection of high quality shoes, and now apparel. Very competitive prices too. If you are in the market for a shoe, this establishment is a must stop!

First time shopping here. I came in and was immediately greeted by multiple employees. I had an idea of the shoe I wanted (Hoka Arahi) so I was quick in and out. They even matched the online discounted price from Hoka’s website. I got a few short runs in and the shoes were really killing my shins, but when I tried my others it was not an issue. I took the Arahi’s back and they let me return them and pay the difference for Hoka Cliftons which have been great. Overall, great team and great service. I’ll definitely be buying all my running shoes here in the future.

After having an amputation and not being able to normally fit shoes, it was such an amazing surprise to find some that fit my feet and feel good. So much so that my son bought them for me on the spot.

Very friendly place with great salespeople. They fit you to the best tennis shoe for you. They watch you walk and ask questions. This is the third part I have purchased from them.

This is the only place I will shop for running shoes at! From the second you walk in the door, you are welcomed and made to feel like a valued, respected customer. They truly do care about taking their time and getting you into a pair of shoes that are the best fit for you and your needs.

I went in at the recommendation of a friend and I was amazed at the friendly staff. They helped me pick a pair of running shoes because I have never gotten a pair of shoes for running before. I ran in the Louisville Bats 5K. The shoes they helped me pick out felt great and felt great after running the 5K in the shoes they helped me pick out. They were very patient and helpful in my questions and concerns for shoes. If you are looking for a place that will help you find the right shoe and stand behind the shoe. This is the place to go.

Full disclosure, I did not make a purchase here. I was with my mother who >75. The sales person was kind, professional, personable, and knew what he was doing. He wanted to make sure she got the right shoe and was very patient. I'm so impressed with how this store treats their customers. The store was busy and it looked like all customers were being cared for in the same manner. I will make my next tennis shoe purchase with them. Highly recommend!

Sam Cline met us at the door and immediately impressed with his positive greeting. His knowledge, experience, patience and time with us resulted in a perfect, individualized fit for my particular "old man" needs. I had no idea that tennis shoes were even available that were so corrective in the proper support and balance where needed! I'm grateful to Chris and look forward to seeing how my new Mizunos do over the next few weeks. Initial fit and comfort is extraordinarily ideal. Today was like going to Ritter's Shoe Store in the '70s! Only difference is that shoes are now much more uniquely made to fit individual needs. Today was by far the best day I've ever spent in a shoe store, felt more appreciative of staff knowledge and confident that I purchased the best possible pair of walking/running shoes for me. I had no idea such a great place existed!!! My new Mizunos have immediately lifted a burden from my knees!

What a wonderful business. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They got me into a perfect pair of shoes custom fitted to my feet and the price was less than other shoes I have bought at other stores. Overall a wonderful business experience.

Being a men’s size 12 / 4E wide makes it difficult at best to find good athletic shoes. Add to the mix that I supinate (roll feet to outside edge) only adds to this difficulty. Pacers and Racers always has options for me in the best brands for wide feet. Their knowledge and service are unmatched. Do yourself a favor and get properly fitted by a great team, you will not be disappointed.
