Old Navy

My wife loves shopping here for bras. They hold up so much longer. Worth the money. The staff is super nice. The manager is the best.

I love Old Navy. Most probably because it's cheap and cheerful and not available in Australia.
Huge store, I went back a few times and it could be a little messy at times. However the staff were super friendly and they got to k now me as the Australian as I did a few bulk buys.

I had a great experience at Old Navy today. I was purchasing some pants and noticed they rang up differently than I had expected ($50 per item and I thought they were $15 according to the signage). I asked the cashier why they were ringing up that way and she asked where I got them and I told her. She went and looked and came back and gave me both for $15 each.(their signage was incorrect). That was very good customer service. Some places wouldn’t go ahead and give you the cheaper price because their signage was wrong but she did and with no hesitation. It’s Rare I shop there but have been in twice recently and will continue to go back. Thank you for great customer service.

I love shopping at Old Navy because they have the pants that fit me perfectly. They always have a sale going on that makes it reasonably priced. You can get flip flops for a dollar if you watch their Facebook page or get their email notifications. Everyone is always been friendly and willing to help out. The changing rooms are clean.

I love Old Navy. Their high waist compression active wear leggings are the BEST! They last for many years. I love coming to look at the clearance racks because they usually have amazing deals! And super cash comes in handy! Their clothes are always on trend and so cute. Some items can be pricey but overall they are reasonably priced compared to other clothings stores.

This location is great because it is located in an area of town that had a retail explosion in the mid-00s. The ON is in a strip mall that is full of today's most popular stores. I enjoy starting at one end of the strip and working my way down to the other end. This is a medium size ON compared to others in the Louisville metro area.

Good service based on recent experience: First, when my size was not available, but the pair of shorts on the mannequin was my size, two employees, without hesitating, ripped the mannequin apart so I could have the shorts. Even more, they did it with a smile on their face. Second, the cashier was very efficient and seemed to be wearing the same smile that the other employees were. Wow.... smiles... how about that. :-)

Haven’t been in a while decided to look around they have pretty good deals and they always have pretty nice stuff so great store to go visit

I love to shop here! I recently visited after Black Friday and they had plenty of things on sale! Be careful with your wallet though because you could be like me and spend over $200...

They have wonderful clothes the guy who was checking my stuff out. Made very good conversation, and he was very polite. I love shopping at old navy
