AT&T Store

Javier went above and beyond to help me get credit for my trade-ins and set-up my new phone. He was patient and thoughtful and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving the store! He was Absolutely Awesome!

Javier was very helpful with our visit! Even though we just went in for a simple screen installation and a return, Javier exceeded our expatations. He didn't just help us with the return but also helped us remove some unwanted things on our account and helped us save more money in the long run. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!!

Tanisha and Victor treated me so well in spite of my really bad attitude. I was upset at Asurion trying to get my phone fixed, but the website and the number wasn't working. I was cursing and raising my voice. I should have been kicked out. But Takisha called them for me and Victor helped calm me down. She fully solved everything for me. I am so thankful for their patience and empathy towards me. They are amazing at their job. Can't thank them enough.

Ney helped me with setting up a new plan. I couldn’t have asked for a better store experience. He answered all the questions I had and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed before I left.

This is an amazing place with an amazing customer service! I just upgraded my Iphone and Sierra was the customer representative who helped me and she was super friendly, professional and amazing person! She helped with every detail and provided an excellent service. I would give her 100 stars if I can! My wife also upgraded her device from the same store and had a great experience and I would highly recommend this place. Thank you Sierra!

I again visited this place on 12/7/23 as my phone was giving issues and they replaced SIM. Oscar was the service rep who helped me and he was very professional and helped me as soon as I got in and everything was done in 5min! Thanks Oscar for your help! I will go to this store only for anything.

Had the goal of upgrading my phone today and initially (& unfortunately) went to an authorized retailer store …realized my mistake and came straight to the store here in Pineville and received STELLAR customer service!!! I had to travel back and forth between the two stores but didn’t mind because these guys were worth it. I’m so upset that I don’t know the name of the first gentleman who helped my husband & I (I want to say Travis) ..but when I came back I had Blake? (Guy with Awesome tattoos!!) and he was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!! He took the time to double check what the other store did, made sure I was receiving the correct discounts, ensured my phone transferred over correctly and made great recommendations for some add-ons I asked about! He was extremely patient and took his time with our transaction and I’m so appreciative of him!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

The manager Alejandra was amazing, she was extremely helpful and timely. On top of that the two reps Rosa and Jameel were very welcoming and understanding. I would recommend anyone to come to this store for any necessities! 10/10 service

Since I meet it in my first day when I arrive to Charlotte it got me a very good impression because they treat me very well; till now I am using my phone without any issues and we also have internet at home with very good conection, I am happy with AT&T 😁

Javier is awesome... he takes care of me every time I go into my AT&T store. He needs a promotion, a big raise and a big bonus! You can't find amazing customer service reps like Javier anymore. He is a unicorn!

Rodney King assisted me and my elderly mother. He was fantastic, efficient and thoughtful. I wish every store had 3 or 4 Rodney’s because he is so good at what he does, transferring phones over and explaining everything and offering to help after the sale.
