I got blueberry bushes that were so healthy and amazing!

I do a lot of walking with my dog they usually have to help but I need the employees of courteous and pleasant to deal with they usually have everything I need and the prices are good I recommend you stop by this one because I am pleased as I need the store with my purchase

Home Depot is a store where you can find tools, construction products such as wood, flooring, bath and kitchen installation and all the items to complete a job. They also sell appliances at comparative prices, room carpets and bathroom needs such as toilets. People are friendly and helpful. If your looking for patio and garden needs, they have that covered too. They do repairs and set you in the right direction to get things done.

I was out in the parking lot with a heavy load. Your employee Moises came up and said, “can I help you”. I’ve been going to Home Depot for years. That was a first. He is an awesome employee. He said it is his first day. That’s a good sign that he’ll be a good one. Many thanks Moises!!!!!

the young blonde girl at the paint counter was super friendly and knowledgeable! Also really fast and efficient. She went out of her way to give us tips and tricks and good recommendations.

Was doing a home remodel and needed all sorts of random stuff-as usual they had all the random stuff I needed and the staff was helpful in the questions I had on locating items. Had to do a return as my toilet was incorrectly sized and they handled it without any issue

We bought about 20 boxes of tiles and several were broken. We called customer service and they were awesome. When we arrived staff was great. Helped us replace damaged tiles and were more than willing to help.

Update: HomeDepot has apparently changed their policy and have changed their $400/year discount to the former flat-out 10% discount, just like it was before. Consequently, I'm going to change their rating from 1-star back to 5-stars.

However, I will leave my original feedback to provide a historical perspective, just in case things change again.

This review is primarily for their veteran's discount program.
This company has been one of the few major corporations that has put their money where their mouth is regarding veteran appreciation, that is until recently.
They have given veterans a 10% discount on most items for as long as I can remember. Even their employees were trained to say: "Thank you for your service," when you checked out. It's not as though their words were meaningless rhetoric as their dedication to giving Veterans a discount was unsurpassed. They even created a capability to place online orders with your military discount deducted. Normally, you could only get a discount in the store.
Then, suddenly, the pendulum on their veteran discount program swung to the opposite extreme as they capped the veteran discount at $400 per year! That is a complete departure from their previous policy and is an insult to veterans. They would have done better to just cancel the discount program all together, as their general customers save far more than $400/year through sales and promotions.
Couple this policy change with their unjustified price increases on every product and their serious lack of inventory and Home Depot has fallen from Grace in my eyes.

Shoot out to Jackson at the west side Home Depot !! I called in after trying to reach someone for 1.35 hours to help us order a freezer . He answers the phone and helped us order our freezer , fast and friendly !!

I wanted to replace my honeycomb blind and there was nothing on the shelf that matched it. Garrett got out the books and help me search until we found the right material. He was competent friendly and helpful. I would gladly work with him again.

Wide variety, good depth. Helpful staff. Great garden center. Always clean, nice restroom.

The second Home Depot. Bigger than the other with a tool rental area. Nice store still smaller than you might see in another city. Good clean and nice store.

Well stocked very helpful staff pretty busy but not crazy

I love going to both Home Depots. The people at the service desk are always finding things for me and are able to answer my questions. I love how the cull wood is 70% off when I do not need perfectly straight pieces. Almost every associate on the floor I've come across are extremely knowledgeable.

Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to get all my questions answered. Shout out to Fred who took the time to explain the difference between several garbage disposals and show me which was the best one for price, efficiency in installing and functuality. Will be returning this month to purchase one for my home. Thanks again Fred!

It's the staff! Returns are handled efficiently and with courtesy. Helped me download their program which allows me to find the location of products. Paint department goes out of their way when matching paint colors. Decent selection of plants and supplies in the garden department.

I came for planners, herbs and putting soil after leaving a nursery. The same plants that were $120 at ther nursery were just $25 at Home Depot. I'm glad I waited to see what Home Depot had as I saved a lot of money and had more bang for my buck. I had help from one of their staff members and she was professional, perky and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this location for gardening needs.
