Recently visited store. Bought a few pairs. The store was not very busy. The employees were friendly but not overly pushy. The manager was very helpful and took care of me even when being pulled in other directions. Great service!

I was just at this store at their busiest time of year with a complicated return/exchange. Everyone was super helpful even though they were slammed with customers. The manager, Aire, is the person who took care of us in between helping all of her cashiers with various problems of their own. She never got frustrated with anyone and sailed through the many hassles with the best attitude ever! Thanked us and wished us a Merry Christmas. Made my day!

Love thus store! An amazing selection of shoes and athletic wear. And they had some great sales going on. The staff is extremely helpful but not annoying. With my bad knees, Sketches is the only shoe I can wear without agonizing knee pain.

This place is AMAZING!!!!!! Christian (sorry if it's spelled wrong) was wonderful! Store is clean and well laid out. Employees, ALL of them are super helpful and nice. HUGE clearance section that's well organized and labeled and they keep it that way! This is the 4th largest store company wide people. You aren't going to find a larger Sketchers store in Tucson. Broadway and Kolb is 4th largest in the country! They have ALL of the shoes in ALL of the colors. If you're a Skechers fan this is your happy place. If you've thought about getting a pair, go here FIRST! You won't be disappointed!!

My wife was looking for a pair of shoes and she could not find what she needed or wanted. Taylor stopped and asked her if she required assistance. Taylor discussed what she wanted and needed and the result was we walked out with a pair of shoes and my wife was extremely happy. Taylor went out of her way to insure that we were extremely satisfied. She really is the epitome of customer service. Thanks Taylor.

The customer service is exceptional. They are all really out to serve the customer. Nice to find a store with this level of customer service.

So this is typical outlet store...lots of shoes, great sales, and deep discounted clearance section, but what sets this place above the others is definitely the employees!! Today I had the honor of being assisted by Alyssa (yes, I made sure to get her name!?). She was so informative, funny, helpful, personable...it was more like shopping with a friend than a business transaction, and I enjoyed every minute!! The staff can make or break a shopping experience, and Alyssa DEFINITELY made mine an amazing one!!! Y’all better pay her what she’s worth and keep her!!!

This store has an enormous selection! They have the newest style in shoes, some old faithfuls and a huge clearance section. They also have a lot of workout wear in both the new and clearance areas. There's plenty of staff on hand to help you find and fit everything you need.

Great store, huge selection of shoes, clothing for men and women ... A must visit while in Tucson.

Huge store! There are so many shoes! The clearance area is huge as well. Love the deals and love the great support! Gowalks have been great on my back!

Had a wonderful experience Sunday I had to go find my mother some shoes that would help with her surgery and the manager Mrs Aire was so wonderful to take the time to help us make sure we got my mother the perfect pairs I definitely recommend this store and all the wonderful associates that made it so welcoming

I have had the most phenomenal shopping experiences at this Sketchers store, due to the amazing staff. I have to buy shoes quite often due to having growing and very playful children. I have been in this store around 4 times in the past 12 months, to get shoes for my kids. This store is always clean, welcoming, and well organized. My last 2 experiences here have solidified this as being the only store I will buy my kids shoes at. On the first occasion, I was exchanging a pair of shoes that turned out not to fit right. I was immediately helped by Adam on how to go about the exchange. Unfortunately, they did not have the next size up for the shoe I had purchased. This is when Rachel stepped into help. She walked me back to the kids shoes and found me a different pair in the size needed and the needed color. Both Adam and Rachel were so kind and personable. They made the experience easy and also enjoyable. On the second occasion, I was purchasing new school shoes for my kids. We were helped out by Bareerah, who let us know she could check the stock at another store if they did not have what we need and she helped us with additional information throughout the process. She even walked us up to the cashier and helped us purchase the shoes alongside Taylor. They even extended a discount offer to us for our purchase because one of the pairs of shoes was outside my budget. I can't say enough about how wonderful my experiences at this store have been. I always leave with great shoes for my kids and feeling well cared for. Thank you!

Great store to pick up decent shoes for a fair price. Staff was friendly enough. Need to be a little faster on the register but it is the holiday season so I'll chalk it up to that. Overall happy with my experience.

Adam is awesome,but wouldn't help me because the Manager was there. The woman who actually did help me was amazing. I've only worn Skechers since I found out what they were.

We just left the store and had a wonderful shopping experience. The associates were all very kind and helpful. The transaction went smoothly for an exchange and we even got some popcorn 😁 Thank you so much for the great customer service!

This is a great store, and wonderful employees! They always greet you when you enter the store, and then they let you browse and enjoy the shoes and the upbeat environment. If you do need help the employees will be there in seconds, and with a smile. It is a great shopping experience! I rarely leave this store empty handed...oh and the prices are very reasonable, plus there is always a good sale going on!

In spite of the fact that they are an outlet, they have a wide variety of styles and sizes available. The employees are friendly and helpful, and we're willing to explain the sale that was going on at the time go shopping as well as look for the size that we needed in a style that we liked. You're actually able to find multiple styles in a larger size then then is usually available, mens 14 1/2 and 15. We I have shopped at the store several times and are never disappointed oh, it is always clean and well-stocked with helpful employees.
