DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

Was looking for a pair of Birkenstock waterproof sandals. They had what I wanted, including at least 6 pair of size 13... which is atypical because most stores have every other size besides 13.

The head store manager addressed me as soon as I walked into the store... and directed me over to the exact location where the Birkenstocks are located. I was out of the store with my purchase in less than 10 mins. Now THAT'S service for you !!!

We were cheerfully greeted as we entered the bright, well-organized store. As we were shopping, assistance was offered right when we needed it! We wanted to try different insoles and received courteous help locating them. There was virtually no wait to check out and the associate there was extra helpful. I find this to be the easiest place to shop for my son who wears Size 12 Wide sneakers. The selection is great and they almost always have his size in the color and style that works for him. When they don't, they've offered to order them in! It's always a pleasure shopping here.

Enjoyed looking for shoes for myself. Tried on some of the new slip-on sneakers. Didn't fit very well but my wife found some shoes she really liked. The staff was great. Cashier was friendly and helpful

These were listed as $59.99 and I received $10 off getting them for $49.99 plus tax for $54.34 out the door. The brand is “Spring Step” and this will be my first time trying this brand. I work in healthcare and have worn many clogs before but I was particularly interested in these because of the Breast Cancer design. I haven’t worn them yet and I’m aware that I have to break them in so I’ll comeback and give my updated review once I do. This was one of the last 3 pairs that were available in store. All of the store reps were super friendly and made the purchasing process very easy. Would definitely go back for other shoes. They only had these and a black pair to choose from(Same Brand) so their selection in store is very limited, but they mentioned to me that more options were online for purchasing in more variety in style and brand.

They have a huge variety and you have to check out the clearance racks. Some real cute shoes at a really good price. I always get my running shoes there.

After foot surgery, I was in need of quality, supportive, and sturdy shoes. My purchases included Merrill walking/hiking shoes and Birkenstocks. DSW allowed me to shop at my leisure and their staff Rocks!

Amazing place for a very broad selection of shoes. From athletic wear to casual, style is not looked over in their offerings. We got our toddler some kids shoes that he loves (Adidas not paw patrol, though they carry both).

I was happy to see that they're finally offering Women's Size 11! The staff was wonderful, prices were reasonable and they had quite a selection of shoes from kids up to Women's size 11 and I think 12 - so hard to come by these days!

When we visited the store was being robbed. Yes, you read that correctly robbed. Three people came in said they had guns and would shoot people and then began to put tons of shoes in laundry type bags they had.

I'm am impressed that this didn't seem to alarm a single person, least of all the employees. I mean they tried to "stop them" but they just called the police and continued with the day after they left. 100% these employees are trauma adapted.

The shoes are cool too. Just check online to see if the price is different than what they have on store because they will price match it for you.

My feet are pretty picky when it comes to new shoes, so buying online doesn't work for me, and I love having this place to choose from a nice variety of quality shoes and boots.

This store has the absolute best customer service. I am extremely far away from both DSW stores and whenever there have been issues, the team has worked with me to think of out of the box solutions. They stand behind what they sale and if there are any issues with the inventory they make it right and quickly. They are super responsive and they are never late on order pickups or answering questions. The store is always clean and stocked and there has never been a person working there with anything but a wonderful attitude.
Customer service is very very hard to find these days.

Husband was able to find the perfect shoe. Specifically a wide width and arched foam soles.

This is a huge store with lots of selection. Buying is great but sometimes you also have returns. They handle them with equal helpfulness and joy - which is nice!

5 stars for the store and Manager at Circle Center 0 stars for the distribution center. I ordered a pair of boots for each of my grandsons 2 times and received the wrong size twice in a row I went to the store At Circle plaza in Tucson and they were very helpful they even recorders for me from the store thinking they would be correct that way third time was still wrong from the D center. Store personnel were very nice and gsve me a full refund as well as a store credit for the full price of both pairs because it was such a terrible experience for me. My grandsons didn't receive their Christmas gift from me until January because of the errors.

I went in on my lunch break looking for a new pair of black sandals and ended up leaving with two pair of shoes. I found a pair of black sandals that were not on sale and then a pair of gold ones which were. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and there was no wait time when I got ready to check out.

The staff were all courteous and helpful. Inside store is always clean and organized well. Love their shoes; styles, color, variety.
And their prices!
