AT&T Store

We went here today to order new phones for my husband and I. Fernando was excellent to get us what we wanted with the best prices available. We each also ordered a BOGO Apple Watch. When we get them he is helping us set them up!! Even our dog Zoe loved it. See photo

Walked in, my phone was frozen. I pressed the buttons to turn my phone off and on but it stayed frozen. I tried several times but still nothing. Went to this att store. They were super nice and so helpful. My phone was fixed in no time at all. Thank you thank you thank you !!

Came to this store last weekend worried because I didn’t know if was going to be able to get any help. My previos company boost mobile had cut off my data for a whole week and didn’t even return my money. After feeling so aggravated came to AT&T and let me tell you it was the best decision ever made. Andre was there to hear me out and he make sure he resolved my issues. Long story short came out with a brand new phone, new account and better brand new service. Andre and Angelo were awesome, excellent costumer service, efficient and professional. I recommend if you go to this location ask for Andre I am sure he will take care of your service needs.
