AT&T Store

Shae was very educated and answered all my questions to the best of her abilities along with her manager Giselle ! Will come back to this store soon

I ordered my new IPhone 14 online it was ready for pickup same day. Made an appointment for 1 was leaving all finished with set up by 1:45!

Shelby was thorough, patient, kind and answered all my questions very respectfully! She was the best AT&T employee I’ve ever worked with!!

Emily was very adept in providing service and was very quick and knowledgeable in helping switch my service over.

Your point of contact people handled everything well and I felt they went above and beyond to resolve the issues we encountered. Desiree (1st store visit) and Daisy (2nd store visit) both spent literal hours on the phone with AT&T customer support helping us resolve issues and ordering our upgrade phones. We went through close to a dozen AT&T people on the phone to get to the right department to resolve our issue, almost every online person passed us along with an implied "not our department" go here or call this other number type response.
The AT&T billing and server system however was very difficult and would return inconsistent and contradictory information when it would intermittently connect. This disconnect between services led to a two week delay and literal hours of being on hold in resolving our issue, even with help at our local AT&T store.
Despite all this, I give the store a 5-star rating because it was clean, the personnel I and my wife dealt with were professional, they introduced us to the payment helper system, and in the end our issue with the cell phone payoffs was fully resolved. I recommend using this location to assist in getting your cell phone upgrades.

Had a great experience with the young lady that helped us today. I don’t remember her name but it was Saturday May 2 at 11:30 am. The manager was also there and very friendly and helpful. Thank you for all the good information and friendly service!

Husband and I went into the Angleton AT&T store to inquire about wifi for his truck. We also ended up buying 2 new cell phones. Jenny was very professional and patient with us in asking questions and setting up our new phones.

Later on I had to go back because my Apple Watch and cell phone were not pairing with each other. Giselle helped me get it done.

I will be going back to this store in the future for my needs on cell phone service.

All I can say is that the staff went out of their way helping me. I had several issues and didn’t know the first thing about what needed to be done. They walked me through all of it and the Manager Jaderia even stayed after the store closed to make sure things were right before I left. I highly recomend them. They can help with all your cell phone needs. Thanks ladies.

Desiree did an awesome helping with figuring out what was wrong with my LG. I plan on going back to see her again, for a new phones or change plans. She gave great customer service.
