Whataburger

Whataburger was surprisingly good. Our food was fresh and hot. I don't mind waiting for my order if they're going to make it fresh. Keep doing this every time and I'll keep coming!

I'm new to the area, but I've grown fond of Whataburger since I have moved here, I tried their new Chilli Cheeseburger, and it is good! It has corn chips kind of like fritos on it so you get a good balance of texture, and flavor. Highly recommend!

Went here for lunch and had a great burger! The order was accurate and the speed of service was good. Their burgers are pretty big, so I didn't leave feeling hungry! Their fries where not my favorite, but they were ok. Also, the menu price does not include cheese (an extra $1) which is kind of deceiving since usually fast food burgers come with cheese. The restaurant was clean with a laid back atmosphere. I would eat here again.

Not a bad atmosphere, food is good, sometimes they're a little slow to get the food out, but other than that all is good.

Delicious burgers and fries and you can get a side of gravy with your chicken strip. They also had Dr. Pepper milkshakes that looked good.

Fast and attentive staff. Food wash fresh, tasty and hot. What more can you ask for?

So they got my food order wrong I waited again to get it fixed and ate my cold fries after ab 15 mins after waiting a total of 30 I asked for a refund and they ended up having my meal ready and the manager kindly found my food and still refunded me my money. Thank you for you kind service ! I'm pregnant and was starving so I generally don't get frustrated or mind waiting! Again thank you 🙏🏼

Maria is so amazing. After putting my order in at the wrong location she totally took care of everything. She's absolutely amazing. She just makes you so happy with the way she smiles

Did the order online. Went to curbside to pick up. They never came out to bring the order so we went in to get it and they couldn't find it and it was right there in front of their face.. very upset by the time we got our food😭.. but we will continue d there because we love Whataburger

Decided to give this place another try. Now I go every couple weeks. The food is always good and the staff is friendly. There's usually a bit of a wait but that's expected when everyone in Lake Jackson flocks there at 1AM.
If there's a problem with your order, they fix it no problem. Accidents happen and they want to make it right. Love this location, it's the only one I go to!

I personally don't eat here, I ordered for my husband and I observed the operations and Kantenia W. was amazing! She was taking orders respectfully, giving accurate information on meals, bring food out and working the drive thru!!! She should be promoted and/or paid for this kind of service.

Clean nice and nice , slow tho. Tonight exactly 7 months since last review . We send Papa to get two meals and one hamburger at 10:34 p.m. he does not return to 11:45 p.m. due to the line in the Drive-Thru I know it was a order I made online but the food was great fries were cold but it was so good.

Yum. Great fast food burgers, definitely beats McDonald’s.

Best location in the county. The grey shirt is always seen working on the floor. My orders are always consistent with fresh veggies

Great What-a-burger service. Chicken salad was good. So were the burgers and fries. They had to fix the milk shake machine. Strawberry shake tasted more like vanilla. Usually their snakes are very good.

Went in and ordered at the counter because the drive in line had several cars. It took a little longer to get my food. Finally a Manger came out with my order and explained they had several new trainees and my order had been given to someone else. She apologized and refunded my money for having to wait so long. I could see that everyone in the kitchen was working so I know it was an accident. I thanked her for explaining and making it right. I have always loved Whataburger and this just proves why.

Very nice Whataburger. I and my wife went there on Wednesday morning at about 9 AM for breakfast. I had a hankering for a jalapeno cheddar biscuit. Was not very busy when we got there so we were up at the counter ordered and had our food within about 10 minutes. The restaurant was really clean, the employees were courteous and prompt, and overall one of the best Whataburger's I have been into.

Always delicious! The only downside is the wait times at night usually past 11pm. Expect wait times of around 30-60 mins.
