Kesha was very helpful. She was very patient with me. Old people that have not kept up with technology need people like her. Very good employee.

Cassidy S. was EXTREMELY helpful, friendly and fast. Was in and out with a new line and phone which seemed like 10-15mins. She answered every question I had and suggested better options. Very pleased with the service I received.

AT&T is fast and nice. I was helped right away. My SIM card wasn’t working and they were able to replace it for me. Took about 10-15 min so not long at all.

Robin helped me purchase the new iPhone 15 pro. I was not very knowledgeable on storage, but she was patient and extremely helpful. Thanks Robin!

This experience was awesome because the agent Cassidy was very friendly and helpful, she was very experienced to help with the technical issues and she had a new phone for me and information switched over very quickly and had me on my way.

Im only writing this review because of the excellent service I received from Helen. Both the manager and another employee tried telling me that something couldn't be done simply because it hadn't been done before but Helen went above and beyond to figure out a way to help me before I had to leave town for work. I appreciate it and I hope many more people do as well.

We worked with Karliza Martinez at the Lake Jackson, Texas AT&T store. We had a complicated issue involving activating an old devise and integrating into our business account which we could not resolve online or over the phone. She solved our problem quickly and professionally and worked for us to get the best value, product and plan. Well done, Karliza. We were relieved and very happy customers.

The store manager Jerrod is fantastic. He really has the best interest in his customers. He took care of me and family and made sure that we walked out fully satisfied. Most patience I’ve ever witnessed. Thank you Jerrod for the great service, I will definitely recommend this guy for any and all phone and home services!!!!

I had such an awesome visit in the store. Kelsey assisted me with upgrading my phone to the fabulous iPhone 11. She displayed so much patience because I was all over the place trying to decide on which device suited me. She helped me to narrow down my selection and pick to the perfect phone. She has exceptional customer service and she is extremely knowledgeable. She made my upgrade experience one of a kind. I am so impressed with the service Kelsey provided. We have been to the store twice in the past couple of months. The first visit was to buy an Apple Watch 6 series. The second visit was to get iPhone 12's for the all 3 of us in the family. Both visits Kelsey assisted us. She was great! Not only is she personable, she is extremely knowledgeable. She was a pleasure to meet and I am glad we were able to have her support us. A few days after our iPhone 12's purchase, we returned to look at cases. Jerrod assisted us getting an Apple case for each phone and he was very nice and provided great customer support. Robyn Jones is fantastic! Our family only uses this location and we always have our needs met and more with top notch service! I would recommend calling on Robyn for any of your phone needs, and if you have to wait just know that it is worth it. She has found offers available to us that allowed for us to get a free phone for our son and we have even got all our accessories free from our trade ins! She always finds a way for us to save and provides excellent and professional customer service during the entire process!

Kesha is awesome. She spent SO MUCH TIME and had so much patience with two of us oldies, at once. I felt so at ease with her and she was so efficient. I went back the next day and made sure I got her to help me!

Helen at the LJ location was great! She knew that we were on a time restriction so she did get very best to get us in and out of there in a quick and professional manner. She took the time to explain everything to us when we were purchasing a new phone. Thanks Helen!

Jerrod was helping me get myApple ID corrected. He had such awesome patience. He tried several times before it worked but he never gave up. He had such positive remarks and had such confidence it would work. Highly praise him for his excellent customer assistance.

Updated review on 4/20/22. After speaking with there online service for hours and nor getting anywhere we decided to pay a visit to the store the ladies inside were super helpful with us and extremely patient while we found the information they needed. Even after the store closed they still allowed us to stay and finish helping us set up are daughters phone. Will definitely be coming back here for anything we need in the future.
