Amazing customer service! I tried out ProCam for the printing services after being disappointed at multiple other places. Very happy with the quality of my prints, definitely should have just started here! The employees are nice and have great communication with any issues. It is always a good experience here. This will be my go to store for prints now!

I've only been in once (at the Cincinnati location), but I was impressed! I knew exactly what I wanted in advance - they had the camera and two lenses I wanted in stock, and the third lens I wanted in the Cleveland store - which they shipped directly to my door (I live about 90 minutes away). They worked up a very nice package price for everything, well under retail. Colby, Nick, and Elyse were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

I can't speak for their rentals, photo printing, or after-sales service, simply because I haven't used those services. But in a world where many customer service positions are viewed by employees as boring and worth little, all three of my ProCam helpers were stoked on cameras and happy to help me with what I needed. It was refreshing.

I recently visited ProCam Cincinnati and was impressed with the quality of their products and the level of customer service they provided. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect camera and accessories for my needs. The store is well-stocked with a wide variety of cameras, equipment, and accessories at the lowest prices anywhere. They also offer printing and scanning services, rentals, and workshops.

This store went above and beyond to help my fiancé and I purchase my new camera. They’re super friendly and we’re willing to show us options for used camera lenses to help save money. I will be returning for my next purchase!

My grandmother and I brought slides in that we found of my grandfather. We were in the process of getting a slideshow and poster boards together for his memorial service. When we came in they helped us look at the slides and talk through options to get them developed. When they asked when we needed them we explained what they were for they were very sympathetic and said they would have them ready for us the next morning. We weren’t to pick them up the next morning and they turned out perfect! We worked directly with Gale, she was lovely. Additionally, the price was great.

Monday I a stopped in looking for an accessory to a gopro .
I HAD THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The young man Jonah, was very knowledgeable of what I needed.
Even though they didn't carry the item.
He went above and beyond to help me get what I needed.
TRUE customer service does exist.

If you have camera needs. I recommend stopping in and seeing them.
They also have classes, which I may be checking out in the near future.

What an amazing experience!! The customer service received from Pete (not Keith) was incredible! He was so knowledgeable and helpful as we tried to figure out a gift for a teen with a new interest in photography. Photography is not a daily interaction of its but I guarantee we will be back! It's so nice to talk to people who live their jobs!!

I had a truly terrific experience shopping at PROCAM today. I'm very new to DSLR cameras and was looking for a new lens to experiment with. Chloe was so wonderful! She was so patient, kind and knowledgeable. She found me exactly what I was looking for. I can't wait to go back and encourage everyone to visit!

This place is amazing! Go here for all your photo printing needs. No online orders necessary although still available if desired. Just walk in and get high quality pictures whenever you need. Wonderful service, beautiful prints, and dirt cheap prices. Leaves supermarket/office store printing in their dust plus many many more options available

Had a great experience here. Steve very patiently answered my novice questions and was very friendly and helpful. He walked me through some aspects of a lens that I was interested in and had several camera bodies available so I could see firsthand the impact of the lens. This store was recommended to me by people in one of my camera clubs and now I can see why!

I always enjoy going into ProCam. The service there is top notch and they always try to give you the best possible deal. Additionally, Peter and his team are experts and are willing to hear your needs out and give you the best possible advice for you, not for their business! Very down to earth people and they want the best for you and your camera/drone/etc. I will only shop here!

One of the guys there named Lee helped me out a lot. I was very indecisive, but Lee was patient and listened to what I was looking for. All of the other guys in the store were nice and offered help as well. There were a lot of options for all kinds of photo equipment. They had some really good deals too. My first time at the store was last year and I had the same great experience again this year. Highly recommended.

Today was my first time walking into this store and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Purchased a camera for my wife for Christmas and couldn't be happier with their selection of products and how helpful and friendly the employees are. I highly recommend this place!

This was our first stop at procam. It was a great experience! We showed up with only 10 minutes left in there business hours. Best Buy did not have the lens my wife wanted. They had the lens but we're offering 12 months no interest instead of 18. Instead of losing our business due to financing they called there people and got us 24 months! They also answered lots of questions for us and stayed about 30 minutes late to help. We will be back! Fantastic customer service!
