Nice to have a game place in Westfield so I don't always have to order online.

This review is not for the store as it is very lacking and tiny.

Went above and beyond to assist me in the store with items I was looking for.
Most of the time I’ll leave the store with my cane in hand and my bags getting banged up.
Jamie took the time to help carry them to my car, which no other employee has even offered since I have started shopping at this store since 2017.
Not even when I spent a very significant amount of money in systems and games , not one employee offer to help me with getting things to my vehicle.

For most this might not seem like a big deal but for a physical Disabled person sometimes carrying thing like bags tend to get a little beat up.

I had to stop by GameStop as it was the only store who had the game my fiancé wanted for Christmas. I went in the Westfield store to be very surprised the staff has changed! Jaime is VERY friendly and helpful. He welcomed me into the store as if I was family. I stopped going to this store long ago due to the unwelcoming atmosphere from Kevin. I am very happy to say I will be going back to this store!

So I've been looking for a Xbox series X and called them to see if they had one and it must've been my lucky day because they had one. I went there and was impressed with the personality and professionalism of their employee jamie. But for real i had my old console (xbox one X) and a couple of controllers so i was like great I'm not going to get anything but it was the complete opposite, i got my series x and with my gamestop rewards and trade ins, i got my xbox and great and painless experience. He legit walked me through The process and i walked out with a new console and some great laughs. It's rare to find customer service like that nowadays!

Always welcomed every time I come in & staff always eager to answer any questions I may have about any games or merchandise. They often make fantastic suggestions for me as well. I often shop for my Son there and they are always patient & accommodating with my lack of Gaming Knowledge. Always nail the perfect purchase suggestion. This Game Stop is clean, well merchandised and super well staffed. I love this location!!

I've been going to this GameStop for years and it continues to be one of my favorite stores. This particular location has phenomenal customer service, helpful workers, and just a pleasant atmosphere in general. One employee, Oscar, is extremely helpful and gives every customer a great experience. This GameStop is truly one of the best I've ever been to.

Every question they answer with a smile and fast accurate knowledge. No pushing into sales and offered bargains to boot. I leave feedback every receipt I get. This is a world class location that cares about it's customers.

Great selection. Staff very helpful. Online ordering and store pick up was very convenient. On busy days they are very organized and keep a good flow for customer service.

Just want to say thank you to Will at the Westfield store. He was super helpful and went above and beyond to help us troubleshoot an issue we had with a headset. He was extremely patient and very knowledgable about gaming equipment. Great asset to GameStop!

I like all the neat shwag they offer at the Westfield location. I got my son's Fallout pip-boy at this location. No other game stop had them available. Lots of toys and collectibles compared to other Gamestop's I've been to.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They helped me find the perfect gift for my husband and our child
