Fast Feet

Joe was very helpful and patient. He listened to what I needed. I had to find a shoe that would allow my special orthotic inserts to be used. I had gone to several stores but either they didn't have what I wanted. or the staff was too busy to help. Walmart was a joke. Joe took the time to ask questions on exactly what I needed. The shoes that I now wear ,with the inserts are 2 full sizes larger then what I had been wearing. Blisters are gone and it doesn't hurt to walk!

Wonderful experience finding comfortable, supportive shoes for my extra wide and chubby feet! The man that was there was friendly and knowledgeable on what to sell and I will definitely be going back the next time I need sneakers! I will also be recommending them to all of my friends! I came to fast feet to look at /try on some new running shoes. I was pleasantly surprised how helpful the employee was. Tim observed my foot arch and recommend the right shoe the left one didn't fit. I have a no cost service that gets digital images of people feet to make custom orthotics for them. I called Zac-the manager to hopefully provide my services to the runners he's associated with. He was very friendly. Down to earth. We talked at length about the store, the races they run in etc. Knows his stuff. My service is free so nothing to sell-he was likewise-no selling (a relief compared to the phone store i went to this a.m. who tried MANY times to hook me up with a tablet "only $10 mo." -One no wasn't enough...) Thanku zac for Your help! I'm not a runner but you'll get my referrels!

I carved out some time to sneaker shop this morning and needed some professional opinions. 6 months post bunionectomy and finally back to jogging.

When I walked in, a young lady had me walk away from her and determined that I don’t “pronate” when I asked her what that means she said that I “don’t point my toes in.” She decided I needed supported sneakers and began to pull some from the back of my size. When the tongue of a pair was pressing on my scar and I asked if any sneakers have a thinner tongue the owner showed up and she explained to him my needs.

He promptly said that they could not help me and they did not have any thinner (as I was looking directly at sneakers with thinner tongues mind you). He said again they did not have any kind of shoe for me. I was lost for words and quietly left. No apology or recommendation or any sort of business sense.

I am one to root for the mom and pop- I went there to support local. I was there a total 15 minutes and will not go back or recommend.
