My daughter is a West Point Cadet on the Triathlon Team. I was referred to Doug at Bikeway to get a professional fitting on 2 bikes. Doug met us 2 hours before opening and spent 2.5 hours with us. Can't say enough good things. Doug answered every question we had, and his 30 years of experience shows. He moved fast and my daughter has never felt better on her bikes. Completely unexpected was a significant "West Point Discount" at the end which I left feeling guilty about. We will be back and appreciate the terrific service. Highly recommend Bikeway.

Great shop, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. They managed to source some out of stock components for my bike, then didn't charge anything for the install! 👍 Thanks guys, will be back.

Recently I had reason to stop into their shop on two separate occasions. On both occasions I was greeted with a cheerful earnestness to accommodate my needs. They have a nice clean looking store with a variety of selectable bikes that seem to accommodate all types of riders from the novice to the more seasoned veteran.

I need a new saddle for my TT bike. The day I called, the shop was closing soon and I couldn’t make it there before closing. Doug had me take a picture of my current saddle and bike set up and he immediately got back to me with his recommendation. Ethan had the new saddle waiting for me at the store the next day. This is the kind of attention and service that Bikeway is know for and what makes them stand apart from other shops!! I’m so happy that they’re expanding to Beacon and Middletown!!! They are truly the best bike shop!! My thanks to Doug and Ethan!!

Excellent service. I purchased a chain there and had some other issues with my bike. I rode my bike down there. They quickly identified the issue and replaced a cassette. Bike runs like new. They did not have to work on my bike on the spot but they did. They have plenty of repairs to do but they took some time and ironed me out quickly. Great knowledgeable staff.

Excellent place, they have a variety of bikes, accessories, and even apparel to choose from. They have a friendly and helpful staff especially when you need to have your bike seat customized to your liking which they recently did for no charge. They also take all major credit cards as well. Highly recommend 👌

Bikeway here in Montgomery on 17k are fantastic! Especially, Ethan! I've lived across the street from them since before they even opened and I can not believe I never stopped by. My 1st born was turning 13 yesterday and he wanted a "real" BMX bike. I know nothing about "real" BMX bikes so I decided to cross the street and ask them. Within an hour Ethan had me setup with EXACTLY what I needed and my son wanted. No heavy up selling or technical jargon. Straight to the point. To top it off they packaged and shipped it out of state to New Hampshire where my kids reside with my ex wife. This was the first birthday since a recent divorce and I could not be there with my son but Ethan and bikeway made my son's day special and made it a little bit easier for a dad to show his son how much he loves him.

Yet again, Bikeway went the extra mile. Brought my fiancé's stump jumper for rear derailed tuning and they gave me the 60 day special (we bought it 2 years ago now from bikeway). They ended up replacing the chain, tuning the derailleur, polishing the bike and replaced a broken reflector all for free. When I went to pick it up, there was no mention of the extra service!
Also, they replaced a front chain ring on my Direct sales bike, free of charge. I didn’t even ask for a replacement. After my experiences with Bikeway, I plan on buying my next FS 29er from Bikeway.
