Needed a chair for the longer days of tele-health (mental health counselor) that I could lean back or lean forward and be comfortable no matter my body position. Nice feature that allows for greater lumbar support by folding back down when I am writing. For folks that find themselves often on zoom type platforms this is the ticket. Great value for the dollar

Bought this as an office chair but use it for everything! Its a relaxing chair, sleeping chair, life chair ......... Ive fallen asleep in it so many times. I love how it reclines to the perfect position. Id rather have this chair than an actaul recliner with the foot rest. Ive always hated having to put those up or down to get in/out of. My legs hang gracefully. Im 6'0 and its a perfect fit. Also, the leather is superb.

After communicating with me for an issue with the delivery the company
made exceptional strides to accommodate. Very nice furniture and well made.

Decent purchase

There was a delay in receiving the chair, but their office was accommodating, and their staff was very friendly.
Finally I got the chair and I am typing this review while sitting in it.

Do not buy this chair or from this company. They are only concerned about your money. This chair does not fully sit up. It leans back just enough to hurt your neck and back. Also, the back chair height is not enough to support the neck. I tried to return for a defect and got charged a return fee. The chair also does not let out the footrest sitting up. You have to lie down to activate full leg rest. Do not get this chair or from this company.

This company is awful. They advertised a desk chair as an office chair. I bought. When it arrived it was not a massage chair. I called them and asked them to replace it. They told me I’d have to pay more because I bought one that is not a massage chair. The entire reason I bought it was for the massage function. Then I told them I’d upgrade to their best massage chair and pay additional but they wouldn’t even do that. Every time I called customer service it was the same loser who answered. Pathetic. Don’t buy a thing from them.

Kinnls is a scam company, they don't honor their return policy, they even sell you a return insurance but that's a big scam, their products are not real leather they are cheaply made, kinnls is a scamming company stay away from these people.
Don't believe the fake positive reviews, these people are criminals.

I hope the authorities shutdown this illegal scamming company.

BEWARE! Normally not one to bash others businesses but those considering a purchase should be informed that this company scammed me out of $1,895.00. I ordered a desk chair from them and despite having successfully received hundreds of packages without ever having a single problem at my address, Kinnls' logistics services said they were unable to deliver the package. Because I never received the package I asked for a refund on March 30th, 2023, and got confirmation from the logistics service that the product was returned to Kinnls successfully on April 10th, 2023. Despite many, many attempts by me to recover my refund, Kinnls has been barely responsive and has not sent a refund as of today, July 27th, 2023. These are all true facts and not intended to be made in a defamatory manner, but rather a precautionary one.

Fraud company, Dan sales guy is a big cheater. they sold 2 chairs to me at 1345 $ each, next day they sell same chairs at 895$ to my several referrals. they said they will issue me refund of 450$, next day they warn first to write positive review, post positive video of chair then only they will issue refund. they dont have respect for customer nor they know what customer service is. cheap chairs dont have basic cushion padding on back or bottom , all edges are sharp wood piercing feel. back recline function doesnt work.

This company is a scam out of Korea. They scammed the wrong person this time. $1,000 + is a felony in my state and I will be getting a lawyer. Get ready Kinnls!! GET READY.

This is a scam company and I am a victim. I was convinced by shiny youtube ads, but if a group is serious about victimizing, they will go to great lengths. I waited forever for my fancy chair which never came but they claimed it did. I have cameras on my property recording 24/7 with motion activated videos so I can prove they never delivered anything to me from 2 povs lol. Yet I have to file a dispute with my credit card company due to this shady company! Don't get scammed like me, I feel so stupid. I never thought I would fall prey to con artists but this is a very sophisticated setup.

Horrible customer service, Called 4 times and no response, it has been over a month and the package still hasn't shipped. There is dead space where there should some type of customer care

terrible company. scam from china. they sell terrible products, they arrive damaged, and there is nothing you can do other than file a claim with your credit card company.
