BJ's Wholesale Club

Big shout out to everyone in the curbside pick up dept. Everyone is friendly with exceptional customer service, especially the gentleman with the long hair, he has brought me my orders on multiple occasions and is always nice.

We have been a member for 10+ years and have no reason to leave. Store is always clean and organized and well stocked.

The issue with this location, is they always seem to be short of cashier, resulting in long lines and wait time. This is the weekdays, forget weekends. However, they have quality groceries, produce, fruits, meats, and pastries.

Food and service was exceptional. Josh the bartender is on point!

I always have a great experience at Bj's, and there are rarely any lines when I visit the store. It is well organized and neat, which makes my shopping experience pleasant.

I love this place. The staff is friendly. I see the same staff all the time for the most part. Once they get use to you they are even better. I know most of the staff by name, even if their name tag is out of view. And they are always their to help.
I like using the 10 items or less self check out. Unfortunately some shoppers don't seem to understand 10 items doesn't mean a whole shopping cart! But the staff try to rush the selfish people on by to get the line moving again.

5 stars to customer service from Leticia at the front customer service desk. After driving to clermont store for a few tables that shows online in stock there was none. Went to the front desk they called millenia store and they said they have 10. Drove to millenia 45 minutes away plus gas and tolls to be told we can't find it after 1 hr of me waiting around. Called Kissimmee store spoke to Leticia and as busy as she was took the time to give me a call back to verify they had it . It took a 2 minute walk in the store to save someone 3 hrs of hassle , gas and tolls.. Thanks Leticia. Keep up the great job.

I was shopping recently and the lines are very long. The club has put security guards in place to enforce a cue line at the checkouts that is fair for all shoppers. (Honestly, I would love this to continue into the future.) But I watched a cheater find a way around the line. He had his grandmother wonder past the guard while he hid with a cart. She got to a register and waved him to come to her and the guard stopped him. He said that she was in line and had waited her turn, so the guard let him go! I called this out and they did nothing, so I called the store manager and told her to review her video footage. Well, they have instituted changes so this can't happen again. That is the sign of good management.

I have been to the one in Hamburg N.Y. - we are Canadians - over the years Bjs’s has vastly improved. They are far better than Sam’s Club now. We only have Costco in Ontario and there are many of them, but I think you are doing far better as an alternative to Costco. I am seeing a steady decline in Sam’s Club. Good Luck.

I do all the shopping for my mother, the account holder who works 70+ hours a week. Today, I forgot my BJs card. Typically, there is a grumpy older man who is running self checkout that makes it a point to be as rude and unhelpful as possible. In the past when this has happened he has angrily told me there is nothing they can do and they should charge my mom $30 more because I use her card...even though I live with her and I'm doing the shopping for her with her own card, all of which can be verified and I have offered to do so. Today was different though with no grumpy old man in sight. Today(3/19 @ roughly 11:25) a younger woman helped me and immediately was able to look up my mother's information so that I could quickly checkout. It was such a relief since I had brought my toddler with me and was worried that my entire shopping trip had been for nothing. This is what customer service is. Not begrudgingly helping someone only after they've called in to managers above your head to settle something as simple as a forgotten card.

I was in bjs this morning, the manger on duty Susie she was on point. From the time she locks eyes with me she ask can she help me. I told her Michael s was looking for me. She stood there and made sure I was well taken care of and put her hands to work. Micheal S. He help us to our truck. GreAt customer service!!

Very nice and clean place to shop especially if you have to buy several items the same kind. Today the food was great price. Only I couldn't taste it and I just don't want to buy things that I don't know if I will eat. But it's a great store

Prices are very competitive. Very similars to Costco (differences in cents, sometimes higher, sometimes lowers without considering coupons). Not recommend for shopping in peak hours. Lot of customers in the lines, even when all registers are open.
Gas prices are the lowest around and when paying with BJ"s MasterCard you get an extra 10¢/gallon discount. Membership is $ 50.00 a year, but if you set the renewal for being charged to the same MasterCard you get a $ 20.00 discount. Referring a new customer gives you a $ 20.00 gift card for you and another one for him/her. Also, you could receive an offer by mail to join the Club with a membership discount.

Chris over at the bakery department was the best he went above and beyond making sure my mom was happy with the cake, no attitude no pressure just good customer service. Thank you Chris!

They have lots of great stuff like foods, desserts, medicine, drinks and all kind plus spring is coming and so far it's warm, so come on down to shop till you drop with friends and families. And remember to stay safe and healthy from the Coronavirus(COVID-19), so wear masks at all time when entering anyplace that includes restaurants and stores, so stay safe and healthy for a better life and a greater future for all.

BJ's prices are unbeatable, those guys sell a lot for nothing, if you're need tons of things go there, the membership is not that costly and my favorite things is the amazing savings in BJ's gas station. Loving it soo far.

Of the big wholesale stores, Costco, Sam's and BJ's, BJ's has my vote for greatest bang for your buck. They carry the most everyday household goods and food items my family uses at the most competitive prices. The other two wholesalers are in close competition though. BJ's is also conveniently located right by the loop which is partly why they get my vote over the other two wholesalers which are a farther drive from where I stay.

Great place for all your grocery needs and much more. Membership required.

I shop here sometimes when I visit my uncle and aunt most of the times it’s super busy no matter what day it is. Some of these customers are the reason why lines are back up or why the cashier takes so long.

Well organized and the employees were both friendly and helpful. I love that they have a deli. Their selection is different than the other wholesale stores and always in great supply.
