I have been coming to this UPS store for a while for all my return needs, including the wild amount of Amazon Holiday returns. 9/10 times CJ is there working and he is always so kind, funny and engaged! Even the day before Amazon holiday returns expired, when he had a stack of easily 50 returns he looked to be processing he was still cheery! Thank you!

The employee Kevon was very helpful went out of his way to help me. I’m legally blind and he did everything possible to see that my order was properly processed and I would definitely return.

Kevaughn is an absolute gem. He is always kind, patient, and so helpful every time I come in. He shows the same kindness to every customer. I only go here because of him! Thank you!

I was searching everywhere to get fingerprinting done for a new job.

My local UPS Store didn't offer the service, but I found this store did. I was able to make an appointment and pay online very easily. Then, when I arrived at the store, the service I received was impeccable.

Kevan (I hope I spelled this correctly) was pleasant, professional and patient as we went through the digital fingerprinting process. It took less than 15 minutes and he was so helpful throughout.

While there, I noticed this store also offers notary and other services - again, far more than my local UPS store.

I came home and told hubby we need to travel the extra distance to frequent this store. The service and offerings are exceptional.

Excellent service, reasonable prices & absolutely no hassle at all! I walked in with a jumble of stuff to ship internationally. Jim and his team literally took it off my hands and handled everything! They helped me pick a shipping solution that worked for me. They packed everything securely - with no damage even after the long journey to Singapore. Quick and stress free! I'll definitely be going back for all my future shipments and Amazon returns.

I also saw very high quality posters, invitations and business cards on display at the store. There's an in-house graphics designer, and I'm excited to try out the printing services for my wedding invitations!

Latest Superstar: Ke'Vaughn was super helpful today as I needed Notary services. I don't know a lot about it and Ke'Vaughn made the process so smooth and easy. This location is quickly becoming my favorite place on earth!!
Newest Update: CJ is a gem in the crown of UPS Store customer service!!! He is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient! He is wonderful!!! He is a KEEPER!!
I have used this location several times now. Amazon returns and shipping. I've been helped by a few different customer service reps and every time have received wonderful help. Yesterday, Sophia was working and had a customer who was, less than cooperative. She was incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating. She certainly didn't have to be, but she was. Kudos to you Sophia!

Tim, the manager, was super cool! He took care of me and 4 other customers exceptionally BY HIMSELF. Quick and simple services and the store is really nice. Glad to have a new store closer to home. The young man over the phone this morning was pleasant to speak with also and very informative! All the best to this location!

It is great to see this new location! I am an independent consultant who needs lots of services I used to take for granted in a large Company. Now I use this store to print new cards, copy, print, ship, etc. the folks here know how to do anything I need and are very courteous and attentive. Definitively a great addition to this area and will keep leveraging for all my office needs.

I was in a hurry to send a package and also return an Amazon product. I just had 30 minutes left on my lunch break and I was very surprised of how friendly the UPS staff members of this location are, specially Sofia who really understood what I needed and in a matter of minutes she processed everything for me. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this location 5 stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ for sure!

The staff here is exceptional. Rarely a wait due to their expedience and care.

The store offers various services & materials from mailing to marketing.

Being a small business owner, this place is appreciated & quite convenient.

Much better than the UPS Newport store that is always closed.

That one girl, Sophia I believe was her name, was extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions and was ver polite, she offered great costumer service. Happy with my overall experience with that store!

The staff were very helpful and friendly! I worked with Sofia on a confusing return, and Sofia was quite knowledgeable and helped me through the process! I will definitely be going back for my future shipping needs!

Was in The UPS Store today and Tim was very helpful , I didn't realize I needed a a box for my Amazon return (I didn't need one for my last return) , and instead of driving all the way home to get one (or buy one ) he graciously took care of it for me . Thanks Tim !
