I had a defective motherboard and they were very good about returning it. They also helped me find another one.

For those times you don't want to wait for Amazon and don't mind paying for the privilege, best buy is there. I'm glad too! This location is very neat and clean with helpful staff. I've never seen it completely dead. I was there to pick up an order and there was a staff member doing sweeps and he found me within a few minutes of entering the line and I was out the door a few minutes after that

It took about ten minutes to find the switches and routers. Funny enough, they're nowhere near the computers. Add another five minutes to decide with switch to go with- it's nice having options.

Check-out was fast. Definitely worth the trip.

Very helpful. The manager approved the price match of the same item on Amazon. We ordered it to ship to my home free.

I know people saying retail is dying but this store never fails me. Always has what I need, staff is super helpful and knowledgeable, and decent prices considering it is Best Buy. I prefer in store shopping to online so Best Buy is the place for me for all my electronic needs!

Just purchased a wireless power bank to charge phones while selling at The Vintage Mixer this weekend. In a post COVID world where customer service is often lacking, this store EXCELLED!! Stanford helped us find EXACTLY what we wanted. He even excused himself to return to someone he was assisting, but when he came back he had impeccable business manners! He apologized for the delay AND he had found the EXACT model to meet our needs! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!
Then Gus, the cashier, was efficient, helpful, and friendly! He asked if we had an account under our phone number. It was under our old landline! He assisted with editing and further explained the benefits of having an account with our phone number! Again great customer service! Best Buy is “The Bomb” we’d buy there again!

I purchased a Sony Bravia Smart Tv and was on the fence about buying a sound bar (system) to go with it. After i set up the tv i absolutely loved it so i went back and bought an LG sound bar! So glad i came to Best Buy. Stanford was the young man that helped me and steered me in the right direction on both purchases! Thank You Stanford!

Got the item I wanted locally for the same price as Amazon. If the price is higher, Best Buy will match “sold by Amazon” price if you ask.

I was there to pick up a soundbar that I had ordered from Samsung. It was really convenient to be able to pick up my order from BestBuy within 2-3 hours of placing the order.

Staff is very willing to go above and beyond by opening an open box tv and plugging it in just so we can see if we liked it.

Went in to find presentation material. Was greeted at front door and unlike so many Best Buys this one had their staff…. Gasp!!!! Take the time to walk me to the aisle!! Amazing! Someone actually spent 15 seconds to SHOW a customer something. A lesson to so many businesses out there that don’t… well done to the staff at this location.

I had online orders for this store, and all of your employees did an amazing job. I went to the front counter after getting some items from the store, pulled up my email for them to scan, and I did not have to wait long for the order. I will continue to do business here as a lot of their prices can not be beat. And they have price matching!

Ordered online but picked up at store drove to a location about an hour away to pick this is employees were so nice and helpful had to remove it from box to fit in my suv but employees offered to take the giant box for us and for the chair my husband loves it !!!!!
