AT&T Store

I don't remember her name but the young lady from Venezuela really helped me out today. There was a 10-15 minute wait (which did not bother me whatsoever) and she was very apologetic. I came to upgrade my phone and while transferring data from one phone to the next we had a great conversation. This particular young lady is hard working and I wish her the best.

Five star service from Samir!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! Thank you so much for your patience and help and personable/friendly personality. It was a pleasure having you as my sales rep. Ed was great when speaking over the phone. He answered all of my questions before coming in to the store. This location was recommended due to customer service and I am certainly glad to have chosen this location for my AT&T service needs.

I was greeted immediately and by all available staff members. Staff was friendly, helpful, kind, understanding, efficient, and knowledgeable. They worked as a team. Answered all of my questions. Resolved all issues. Getting a new phone and transferring data etc was made easy. Thank you so much Mike and staff. I would recommend this store to family and friends.

Time was something I didn't have. Nelson was very quick to respond and give me the exact phone I was looking for as he communicated with me the options that were most important. I was able to make the phone trade-in quickly, and leave with what I wanted in the time I was hoping for.

Came to this store around mid February, looking for options running away from the nightmare of T-Mobile. Let me tell you I waited two more months to write a review just to see if all of the offers and opportunities I signed up for were real and as smooth they described to me it’d be. Oh man, It truly was, phone number transfer, upgrade, and trade ins, easy. 5 phones, 5 lines. I was amazed of how smooth the process was. Once I started talking to KC and Bobby I was amazed with all the opportunities of savings I was being offered, they are really transparent and truthful people. Not like other sketchy and rude stores and sales agents that only want commissions not minding about customer service and transparency. All I have to say is thank you, and I’m looking forward to shop in this store again!

Chloe and Danielle(manager) were absolutely incredible!! They advised me of the new promotions that I was eligible for and saved me a ton of money on my current bill!! They were so patient and informative on setting up my new phones..This was the best experience that I ever had at an AT&T store!!!

The representatives at this AT&T store are really outstanding, particularly Juno who assisted me in August to port my phone service over to AT&T. I have had the occasion to go back to the store since that initial service, and he’s consistently, courteous, professional and very attentive. If he doesn’t readily have the answer for a concern, he finds it in order to help his customer. I am very pleased with the customer service here, and have made this my AT&T store for my phone, TV and internet service. Keep up the great customer service guys; it’s greatly appreciated.

The representatives at location is outstanding. Cloey and her manager Nick is the definition of excellent customer service. They are knowledgeable, professional and make sure the job gets done. I never thought I would be an AT&T customer. But due to the service they provided. I am more than satisfied.

Shane was a great help!!! While store is awesome. Kept my baby entertained through the entire process. Shane took time to help lower my bill and he was always 100% honest.

This has been one of the best experiences I have ever had at a phone store. Not only did I switch my 5 phones from T-Mobile to AT&T but I also got my Cable and Internet at my house as well.

Daniel the Manager is extremely professional and his product knowledge is second to none. I highly recommend this location especially Daniel.

Cloey and Daniel were extremely helpful and professional in helping my husband and I find and decide on what phone to purchase. Cloey helped us save money by explaining a new senior plan promo, it fit our budget perfectly. So happy that this At&t store opened so close to home.

Every time I stop by I talk to Malik, he’s always awesome and yesterday wasn’t different! He helped me from 0 to 100, choosing a new phone, giving me different options, trying to fit me in my budget and they did the whole set up on my phone for me! Great experience all around! I’m so happy with this store and will come back if anything else comes up :)

Just left with Shane and Ray as the best reps there! They’re super nice, helpful, and friendly. Painless experience there and even gave us insight on the trade-in process!!! Ask for Shane or Ray if you come here!

Love this new location..never a wait and friendly associates. Shane was a delight to work with and ensured he took care of my multiple requests. Daniel, the manager was very patient with another difficult client and was professional the entire time. Thanks guys!

Came in because my phone wasn’t working and I got assistance immediately by Joseph. Within a matter of minutes my phone was up and running. I’m so grateful I didn’t have to waste a whole day to get my phone fixed.

Cloey was amazing!!! She was very patient with us and solved our problems quickly. I would recommend her to anyone needing help for phones or anything they can not do for themselves.

The staff was amazing and friendly! They were very knowledgeable on the plans. Only draw back was my iPhone wasn’t in stock. The staff stayed late after closing to finish up with us. Super professional! Kudos to the store manager.

I went into the west sample ATT store ready to cancel everything, but Daniel Wanhon convinced me to stay. Daniel was extremely nice and very knowledgeable about plans, products and services offered. I originally setup my services over the phone and was completely railroaded. The phone rep placed me in all the most expensive plans for tv, internet and cellular service. I was paying almost $450 per month! Totally ridiculous right? If not for Daniel ATT would have definitely lost a very loyal customer. Thank you Daniel, you’re great and deserve a promotion.

AMAZING! customer service!! We called in earlier today to get some information about the AT&T packages of TV and internet and Daniel Wahnon helped me understand everything and managed to schedule an appointment for the same day! I encourage everyone to get this provider and contact Daniel.
