The Mill

The Mill is our favorite stopping place on our way between eastern and western Mass on Route 2. It is clean, spacious, friendly and has plenty of selections.. A good place to fill up the car or truck with gasoline or diesel.

We go there all the time and their food is the best. The popcorn chicken is great for when you need a bite on the run and the dipping sauce makes it so much better especially the chicken sauce I think it's called chicken chicken. The breakfast sandwiches especially the wraps are great well worth the money and if you need anything specialty the people that work there who do the cooking are great they will make you one on the spot and they're always very nice. They have everything you could possibly need from breakfast needs to a quick bite to handmade pan pizza. I'd give him five stars every time.

Awesome friendly staff. My wife and I are disabled and occasionally have difficulty doing common daily tasks. I have trouble with my hands and one day while getting gas the manager noticed that our pump kept clicking off so he came out of the store to see if there was a problem with the pump I explained that my hands do not always do what I want them to with out any hesitation he took over and pumped the gas for me he really made my day. My wife and I also stop in to get a quick lunch from time to time the food is good far better than one would expect from a convenience store and gas station. The chili is particularly good. Also the gas prices tend to be the lowest in the area. One more thing of great importance especially for travellers with young children the restrooms are super clean and have changing tables. Great modern convenience store in gill right off rt. 2! Two separate pumping areas: one for gas the other for diesel! Modern bathrooms for all! A seating area inside for eating and relaxing as there are ready made hot dogs plus a section where they will prepare sandwiches for you! A complete store!

A great new convenience store, many items to chose from even has a hot food area to chose many kinds of foods: Pizza, hot sandwiches and even homemade casseroles, tried the macaroni and cheese with bacon, very tasty!
