Denise is by far one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I love to be greeted when I first walk through the door and too be treated with the upmost dignity and respect is a breath of fresh air these days. It was a pleasure being serviced by Denise at this DSW location.

I liked my shopping experience. I found lots of options. Always a good thing. Pricing was good as well. While you did have expensive prices, I was still able to find something comparable to the higher-priced items. I will be shopping there again if I need shoes or sneakers. They had more sneakers than I expected.

Had an excellent customer service experience here thanks to Helen. Resolved an issue with my order efficiently over the phone and greeted me with my order upon arrival at the store. The store is lucky to have her!

I went to DSW on a Yom Kippur weekend. It was awesome first thing I realized was the store went green. This means no bags. God save the trees, please. Next, a very nice gentleman by the name of Matt helped me throughout my visit. No question he was excellent, personable, and amazing. I ended up purchasing Birkenstock sandals. I have bad veins so I need comfortable sandals. I was able to get in and out of the store in 20 minutes with Matt's help. Thanks so much, DSW for hiring the best.

They have tons of types of shoes from formal to casual and sports wear. Many brands there like Steve Madden and Nike! Great place to do an all in one shop for shoes.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rewards program. Very large store. Nice clearance section in the back of the store.

Looking for some shoes didn’t find anything I liked

By far my favorite DSW store. Customer service here is exceptional! Great variety, very organized and cleaned. The online pick up option is perfect for those on the go days... service is fast!

Friendly staff. I went to exchange a pair of shoes that I got online at excellent price and she help me fast. They did not have them in the store, but she place the new order and I will get them by mail. I love the price and the discounts DSW offers. Very big store

Marisol and David were extremely helpful.
I was going to a wedding and called in to make sure the shoes were in stock. They found the shoes for me and held them until I came to pick them up. Thanks again guys the wedding was a successs !!!!!!! I recommend this place to ANYONE employees are extremely friendly and helpful, please stop by and give it a try for yourself. Thanks again guys❤

Super clean store w a great selection. 40% extra sale on clearance was nice today too!

I stop in here and occasionally make a purchase. I do have to say that last week I was here and there was a particularly difficult customer at the register. I watched the employee handle the situation beautifully. I will not soon forget that positive moment.
