Lamenting that I could not find items for an upcoming trip a neighbor asked, "Have you visited Raineys?" I promptly drove there. A good selection of Baggallini and Travelon purses and bags. They also stock a variety of travel accessories. The third generation owners are knowledgeable and helpful with selection.

Excellent quality repair service and that comes with a customer care attitude. Repaired my $200 golf bag BETTER than the original manufacturer.

Great quality repair and less expensive than I expected.

Raineys was great! I had a Briggs and Riley bag that the wheels fell apart. I live in Phoenix and gave them a call. Craig told me to bring it on down and they would do the repair the same day, so I wouldn't have to make two trips. They got done before they closed and I was back on the road. Thank you Craig for taking the time to make this a one-day repair. Much appreciated. If you need new luggage or luggage repair? This is the place to go.

This store is a Tucson treasure, a wonderful little place with knowledgeable staff and a wide inventory of reliable brands. They provide the kind of personal service and professional advice that you can hardly find anymore, a genuine family-owned business for generations. Prices are very reasonable and they also offer excellent repair services for luggage, belts, purses, etc. (very inexpensive, too! ). I've been a customer for 10 years, the quality is always high and I've never once been disappointed. You should shop here, it's really a pleasure to do business with Rainey's.

Absolutely superior customer service experience. I went in with a broken telescopic handle on a suitcase and a bad zipper on a shaving kit. I was told the handle could not be fixed but he gave me the telephone number for Samsonite to see if they had a replacement part. He said he could not replace the zipper but referred me to a source and provided me with the name, address and phone number. Very congenial and helpful.

This family run business is a pleasure! It was a busy Saturday, but none of the customers were ignored. They had a lot of knowledge and were cost considerate for me that helped me find the right luggage for my needs! And the quality guarantee was a bonus. I will definitely be going there again!

Rainey's Luggage did a repair job on my cello case. He did an excellent job and turned it around same day, which was important to me so my instrument did not have to be outside of its case for too long. The store is currently not open (late October 2020) but I look forward to the day when I can shop there. They carry a LOT of things -- nice displays of luggage and many, many items that could make traveling easier, especially for someone who likes to take a lot of stuff on vacation.

I am a fairly new customer at Rainey's Luggage, but have learned quickly that this is a quality, friendly and sound place to do business. I will never seek a chain store to serve travel needs and will take all my business to Mr. Rainey's store. He conducts his business the way it should be done, honestly and kindly. Locally owned. Luggage is expensive and worth every penny. I have traveled for business flying weekly and the luggage holds up and looks good after more than ten years. They do repairs when zippers break or some gorilla slits the bag but honestly after all this use the bags are in excellent condition and I've only needed repairs a couple times. Don't waste money on cheap luggage that is unusable after a year. This is a franchise so I've had minor repairs done when on the road in the US.

Terrific customer service. Nice people. Surprisingly good selection for a small place. Top-rate repair work, and when I bought a bag that comes without a strap, they added rings for a strap overnight. Great place.

They carry Travel Pro and other name brand luggages. Recommend calling if you are looking for a particular luggage brand. They also offer repair services for Travelpro brand luggages.
