I order two ornaments online and had them shipped to Amy's Hallmark Shop. The two ornaments came in on time and were as advertised.

The store has a lot of great ornaments as well as gifts that would make nice gifts.

The staff was friendly, well informed and nice.

Such a lovely location. The employees are very nice and the selection is so good! I always feel cozy when I step inside. I usually come for the plushies and Disney items!

As always, shopping and buying at this Hallmark store was pleasurable, fun, and successful. There is brightness and color everywhere to cheer one on; the merchandise ranges from playfulness and trendy like the ornaments and gifts such as the musical keyboard on the floor or the great variety of Peanuts' items as well as ranging from the bountiful selection of cards for all occasions, persuasions, or sentiments to jewelry and clothing either fashionable or fun. Even the chocolates are fine. The service is dependably helpful and friendly. Shopping here is relaxing, fun, inspiring , pleasant, and successful.

Great selection and helpful staff

Both shops, one in North Olmsted and one in Avon, are lovely shops with very helpful sales ladies. They sell more than just Hallmark products. Great place for any type of gift for any type of person. Both are clean and well organized. Highly recommended by all who go there.

This store is just beautiful. Rosie was so pleasant and helpful - she could be the model for customer service! I will definitely shop here in the future.

This is an amazing store. Amy's had a little bit of everything but the thing that I enjoyed the most was seeing all of the Ohio stuff. One word "Awesome ".
