Just had a magnificent experience with an exchange because of your superior employees. Joyce came over to a me, puzzled and crabby as heck and instantly made my day better. She literally walked me over to exactly where I needed to be. Sharon assisted and was equally courteous and friendly. Thank you both for making Kohls ALWAYS our 1st choice for almost everything.

I asked about “clean makeup.” Mary Kay pointed out four products and gave me samples of each to choose from. I choose the one that felt like it would work best. She finished the sale and signed me up for rewards from Sephora. She is friendly and professional.

I visited Kohls on Saturday,
October 7th and there were new displays of crayons items and it really cheered me up when I saw everything! I picked out a few Crayola Bath items to go with my grand daughter’s birthday gifts. The purple spaghetti bath soap & glitter gel bath soap were fun and an easy gift to open! The card section had all new stocked cards and gift bags. Overall, the store was extremely organized and the staff were all helpful and friendly. I also learned to self checkout. This is my favorite store!

Cathy at checkout was very helpful with me understanding use of Kohl's credit card, sales, coupons and Kohls cash. Really appreciate her patience and friendliness.

Great store, good selections, friendly staff and always stocked with options. One of my favorite stores in the area. Love they even have self check out now.

They have 2 great sales associates at the Avon OH store. The two ladies have been there for 15 plus years and are always a pleasure to talk to.

Kohl's was very nice haven't been in the store on over 10 years and pleasantly surprised they have a great selection of a lot of clothes shoes all kinds of apparel great store and great service as well will be going back for sure.

They have a new section called Crayola & the colors are bright & the items are cute !! XOXO

This is my favorite Kohl’s store! Always neat and clean. And the selection is impressive.

Their prices are awesome. I am disappointed that some of their designer brands have decreased offerings like vera wang.

Confession. Visiting Kohl's today was the first time I've set foot in a department store in years - at least 5. But, I needed a new suitcase and off to Kohl's it was.

The store was bustling (good news) with tasteful, well planned merchandise areas. The floors were clean and shining in the well lit departments.

I can't speak to any other area - just luggage. There was a good selection across various price points. Spinners always present a bit of a display challenge because - well - they roll. Pro tip: Spinners on end caps without ledges will demonstrate gravity.

There were plenty of staff and checkout was efficient - there is a display showing the number of the next available clerk.

A very pleasant experience.

I had to return shoes, the customer service employees were very nice. I also asked for help in the men's clothing area and the employee was very helpful, even though I know she was busy setting new displays.
