All are informed and helpful. They may be understaffed sometimes. But give them a break, they for us and our health!

The pharmacists were nice and happily helped me fill my prescription despite my complete lack of knowledge of the civilian system. Good people. The cosmetics department was really friendly too.

Always greeted upon entering. If lines long they open another register right away. Pharmacy staff friendly and efficient.

Always helpful, always has what I need (and don't need) Love the helpful associates-- Every time for years, whether a last minute gift, prescription, Walgreens have always helped me and made sure I was happy when I left!!

I was visiting Newport News with my family last weekend at our Family Reunion, and the store associate in the photo center helped me tremendously with my collage. Walgreens in Newport News not only want you to be well, but happy.

Great service. Just call before scheduling vaccinations because they may not actually be available (but still listed on their site as an option).

Very nice staff, though i always seem to get caught behind someone trying to use a coupon that isn't working or something.. End up waiting in line for 6 or 7 extra minutes just for paper towels!
