Casper - Houston Galleria

I’m so glad I went into the store. Extremely helpful. Let me take my time and try out the mattresses and ZERO pressure.
Thankfully the mattresses are all comfy and just a matter of deciding. I ended up with the original and I love it so far!

I would like to take a moment to write a public posting in honor of Jae at the Casper Houston Galleria store. After some issues with Casper online, Jae truly wowed us with her over the top customer service. She is indeed a gem, and turned our initial experience into a very positive experience. She is a person of her word, and has an A+ work ethic! When we arrived the other day to pick up our mattress, she single-handedly hauled it through the Galleria and up a flight of stairs in the parking garage! We were in awe watching her, and when my husband rushed over to help, she simply said, "I've got this." I highly recommend Jae, and can't thank her enough for correcting the situation we had been in prior to meeting her! Thank you, JAE! Casper is BEYOND fortunate to have you on its team!!! In addition, there was a young man who helped us, as well, but unfortunately, I do not know his name! They were both just fabulous!!!

Arthur provided the kindest and most helpful customer service! He helped us pick out a mattress and offered us an incredible bundle deal for it. We couldn’t say no! He even assisted us with getting it to AND in our car. We went home with a mattress that same day and couldn’t be happier. You rock, Arthur!

Had an excellent experience at this Casper location! Not only is the store itself inviting, the staff that worked with us (specifically Alex) were very friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. They even made sure to get us the best discount without having to ask! I wish I could give a bonus star since we were able to take home our mattress the same day—a staff member instructed us where to bring our car to and loaded the mattress into our car. Really couldn’t be any easier. They made buying a new mattress stress free and (almost) fun.

Tristan at the Galleria location was really terrific! He helped me pick the perfect mattress and loaded it in the car for me. I even went back to buy another one. Great customer service!

Ordered online and got delayed 2 weeks at first, then delayed a month. Customer support told me there was nothing they could do, and they wouldn't exchange my mattress for one in stock so we had a bed to sleep on. Called this Houston location as a last ditch effort to see if they'd let us pick up a mattress they had in stock and not only did Sean set that up, he contacted a different store that was closer to us and set up our pickup there. Really really appreciate him!

So i bought some sheets and dog bed from Casper and I’m so happy with the quality. When i was at the store i was impressed with the inviting environment and the actual products itself. I wanted to spend more and maybe actually buy a bed but they are sort of expensive and covid makes me hesitate on making large purchases. The stuff i did buy was amazing 10/10 would recommend

Tristan, the assistant manager, provides the absolute best customer service. He was super patient when we wanted to try all of the pillows multiple times and was just generally pleasant to chat with.

The best "mattress store" experience I've ever had! The test beds are in little cozy "rooms" that give you some privacy while you're trying things out. The associates were very friendly and knowledgeable, and also let you take your time while you're making your decision (unlike typical mattress stores I've been in - Monae is awesome btw). Just ordered, so will update when it's closer to my delivery day.
