AT&T Store

I went in at 12:30 on a Thursday. I was greeted upon entry and waited only 1 minute before being helped. Rich was informative and resourceful. I switched over to pre-paid and he applied all qualifying discounts to other accounts.
I recommend this location over the others in Yakima!

Omar is the guy me and my family ALWAY go to! He is very polite and helpful with everything. Anytime there is a problem with our account/or phones he knows just what to do. We have always gone to other stores to get help and to get what we want/need and we always have problems when finished with things we get. Omar has always been very polite and makes sure we understand what we are doing before we do it and if we don’t he always makes sure to break things down for us. We will continue to go wherever Omar is because he has always been so helpful with our account and phones. We have had AT&T for over 17 years and still going! Huge shout out to Omar for always doing his best for his customers!

Omar was incredible. He delivered the highest customer service while having a line out the door and was able to get me in and out in a timely fashion. Very satisfied!

I came in yesterday to get clarity with my bill after upgrading. Hannah was EVERYTHING! She greeted me with enthusiasm and took the time to go through my bill explaining everything. Honestly, she was a breath of fresh air. Although she didn’t previously upgrade me, she took the time to go over my current billing AND future billing. Hannah provides EXCELLENT customer service! I’m still a customer because of Hannah!

The store manager, Olivia, and her trainee are very good at what they do. Olivia KNOWS this technology inside and out! She offers the customer choices that maybe we didn’t even know to ask for in order to ensure customer satisfaction. Both of these young ladies have EXCELLENT customer service skills without being aggressive or too pushy. It was a great experience and I feel very confident with my purchase, largely because of these two! ATT on 72nd Ave Yakima!

I went in 10 min before they closed because online it claimed to be open an hour later, anyway Miranda helped my BF and I and stayed an extra 40 min to help us without rushing. She maintained her professionalism the entire time and was very polite/helpful. She was also multitasking and assisting two other customers at the same time but her great customer service never lacked. She’s amazing to work with.

The store rep Omar, was polite and knowledgeable. Helped my son and I set up new phones for the whole family in reasonable amount of time.

I came in to pay my bill and the rep, Hannah, helped me fix errors on my account as well. Even though I am the account holder, customer support screwed up and had another number as the primary along with my moms info as the main person. She helped fix that and made sure everything was correct before I left the store. Thank you Hannah!! I will definitely be back!

Recently switched from Sprint, and let me tell you. The guys at the store is so helpful and nice. Manager is a sweet heart, my phone wasn’t acting right. And turns out it needed an upgrade. And turns out I was eligible for an upgrade and got a sweet deal on screen protector and case. The young lady talked me into switching from charter. And so far I love my DTV and my bill overal is cut in half. Perfect.

I went to the AT&T store on 72nd ave to get help programming my new phone.
Aaron was great. Walked me through each step and answered all my questions.
I didn’t expect such good customer service. A better experience than previous visits.

Olivia Sartain on 72nd is the best sales woman I’ve ever met. She’s helpful patient and direct. She’s not pushy and helps me get to what I need !!!!!

Great store with a very knowledgable staff. Isabel and Ashley are very friendly and knowledgeable. There is also a young man that works there, I believe his name is Nick, is very intelligent and friendly. Definitely a great location with a great vibe!

Andy, the manager is awesome. He was extremely helpful and patient with me when coming in with my phone issues. Great customer service all the way, at least when Andy is there.
