As an older sister it is hard keeping everyone happy for a dessert choice. And we were not getting alone as siblings do so this lady I think her name was Christen in the bakery area notice that we were needing some helped so offered us her help and ask if we liked doughnuts. We bought 12 doughnuts for an amazing price and fixed our fighting for agreement, Thank you!

Excellent customer service! Robin, at the Chinden Blvd. store, was extremely helpful taking a lot of time helping me with the many things I was looking for and had questions about. This is my favorite store because of the customer service.

Absolutely amazing experience today at this location. The manager Erik/Eric went out of his way to find items, price match with Fred Meyer website, then load the items all in 104 degree weather without being asked and while other employees were short tempered and upset about the heat, this manager took charge and owned the experience from start to finish to make sure we were happy!

ran into a nice kid named Jaxon, was very kind and helped me find what I was looking for, great young man!

This particular Store lends the Customer a fabulous shopping experience! It is very well stocked in each department , one favorite is Seasonal. This department is stuffed with more fun and interesting items than other Freddy's. I found helpful & friendly employees who were willing to answer questions. The Store was exceptionally clean throughout ,including the ladies Restrooms 🚻. I visit my Sister in the area 1-2 times a year and each time we shop at this location I notice the Store is consistently up to date and fresh looking.

I recently switched to Fred Meyer from Walmart and I absolutely love it! I will never go back to Walmart again. FM has super friendly staff, they still have clerks, and they have a good amount of sales and deals every day. Thanks guys for being so great!

I prefer this location out of all the fred meyers here in the treasure valley. the set up is nice and you can tell it stays up to date and they remodel when needed and was recently remodeled! all new signage and the isles are kept clean and tidy!

Whom ever leases to Fred Meyers needs to police their parking lot. Trash, weeds growing between sidewalk cracks, trash overflowing from unemptied containers adjacent to Fred Meyers, etc...

Love this Fred's. Staff are friendly. Great selections of flowers, produce, meats, and all other grocery store offerings. Clothing department has some good selections. Live the active wear when they have sales. Furniture has a decent amount of items...wish the toy department was larger or had more selections. Overall love this store. Never have to wait on line..they are always looking and willing to open a register to get you out....that I Love!

I had to share the experience I had with Miguel in the pharmacy last Tursday. I was given a prescription, that I found out was scarce and unavailable everywhere. I spent so much time calling around looking for it. I even was told by Portico pharmacy in Meridian, that because it was behind at the manufacture and scarce, they were going to charge me over $200 for a prescription that would have cost me only $10 with my insurance. They told me because it was out everywhere and there was the uncertainty of its future availability, they did not have to run it through my insurance and could charge me at the rate they chose. I was blown away at such a blatant response, as if they were proud that they were holding all the cards, while taking advantage of my health situation. After spending a great amount of time calling around, my doctors office told me they had great results in these circumstances with the Fred Meyer pharmacy. I called your pharmacy and Miguel answered. Not only was he understanding and empathetic, he researched all the Fred Meyers in the surrounding area, and gave me the location, phone number and the quantities left at one location. He was so pleasent to talk to, and after being so discouraged at my failed attempts to locate this perscription, and the negative responses I had been given when calling other pharmacies, he brought genuine comfort and ease to what should have been a simple process from all other pharmacies prior to contacting him. I was a Customer Service All-Star for Nordstrom after working with them most of my life, before moving here to Boise 8 years ago. His customer service was real and rare. Because of his extended efforts, that he made seem effortless, I was able to contact my Doctor and have a perscription sent in and it was filled. I have already shared this story with many and will continue to do so going forward. I am so very grateful for Miguels heart felt genuine help in wanting to take care of me. Thank you Miguel!

Came to write a review soley based on the multiple interactions with Christina who usually is working around the self checkout. She is always extremely helpful and you can just tell from her demeanor that she is a hard worker, I do hope Fred Meyer recognizes great workers like her!

I shop at this location very often because I work near by. Every time I come in I see an employee by the name of Christina working so hard. She is so efficient and so kind. She seems to have the kind of work ethic you can only hope to find in an employee because it’s so rare. I hope she gets the appreciation from management and Fred Meyers that she deserves. A great grocery store with a huge selection of items. Clothes, electronics, home decor, the products they offer are vast and good quality.

I would hope all the Fred Meyer's locations are like this one. Staff is super friendly and it's clean. Like, clean everywhere. Any time I ask for help finding something, a staff person is ready to drop what they are doing and walk with me to where the item I want is located. That is great service. I don't expect them to do that, but they always do it. Deli and meat counters are great too! Great selection.

They have amazing salads and donuts! I love the old fashioned chocolate donuts!! Life is all about balance 🤣

I also love their make-up section!

My shopping experience was very nice. I'm disabled and the employee's know when I'm getting very tierd and always checking to make sure I'm doing good. Cashier was very professional and sweet. Carryout and extra help loading my care very helpful and always a big smile. 5 star. Garden center was also very helpful and professional. Thank you.
