The staff are always knowledgeable, greet you upon arrival and keep you informed. They also go the extra mile to find the best pricing for your medication. The only RX my family will use.

I don’t give reviews often. I think I have given one other review. Ever. I would like to give a huge thank you and shout out to this amazing and wonderfully kind pharmacy. Pharmacists Nick and Song and pharmacy techs Johanna and Keith have always been a pleasure to work with. They go above and beyond to help me when needed and do a great job. Thank you Nick, Song, Keith and Johanna at the Hayden Idaho Rite Aid pharmacy!! :)

I can't comment on the store or store associates but the pharmacy staff are so good! Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and they seem to enjoy being there.

I was in need of a prescription from my doctor I had just seen. In receiving the prescription from the doctors office, the instructions weren’t clear for the pharmacy. Instead of sending me back to the doctors office they made the call directly and after 10 minute’s on the phone got what was needed. Great staff to take that time and effort to finish off the needed info for my prescription.

I have been using Rite Aid in Hayden for last 4 years. The “bald guy” has a name. Keith is clearly printed on his name tag. Keith may have a serious demeanor but he’s very good at his job. He was a huge help with a tricky prescription after my husband’s surgery. I definitely like knowing he’s there taking care of my prescriptions. 👍🏼👍🏼 for this pharmacy.

Rite Aid in Hayden, Id is the best for any of my pharmacy need's and really have great sales on everything~ a clean and well managed Pharmacy and store. I appreciate their attentiveness.

I've been shopping at this location for many years. The store is very clean and well organized. They are my go to for beauty because they have a huge selection, quality brands, and really great sales on cosmetics, health and beauty products. I also love all the neat garden decor ( also on sale often), and look forward to when Spring comes so I can buy solar lights and other decorations from this Rite Aid. (They also have amazing sales on vitamins!) They carry a good selection of grocerys saving me time if I need to pick up a few food items on my way home from work.Customer service has been outstanding 100% of my visits. I highly recommend this location !

Went in for flu shot 1/11/2020. The male pharmacist was very friendly and helped ease apprehension my wife and child had taking their shots. In fact, we were greeted with smiles and hellos coming in and leaving the store by front and roving employees. Just an upbeat experience all round.

Frequent customer. I've always found the people here to be friendly. Never had a problem. They've always filled my Rxs correctly. The home delivery option is wonderful.

Nick, who works in the pharmacy, is such a nice, sweet and patient individual. Anytime I have any questions or concerns, he’s always very professional and kind. Always willing to take the time to help! Thank you Nick!

Great place to fill prescriptions.

People are very professional and pleasant. They always ask if they could help find something for you. I would not go anywhere else. The store is very clean and products are priced just right.

I like their pharmacy and the HIGI station to check my weight. It's a clean, well laid out store with friendly employees.

Great service

Ok, I’ve revisited the pharmacy and they were very helpful getting me smaller bottles for my prescription for travel. The restrooms were cleaned up, way nicer than before.
