Food and service was great. We ate, smiled for a bit in silence and now back to the road trip

Staying at a nearby hotel and ran out of time for a sit down dinner.

Walked over and ordered a double western bacon cheeseburger and fried zucchini. Everything went smooth until I got back to my room only to find no onion rings on my western, I took a pic and figured if I had time the next day I would drop in and let them know.

The following afternoon I stopped in only to inform them of their over-site on the prep line.

I showed inquisitive Carl’s junior employee the ‘attached’ pic & presented my receipt from the night before.

She promptly said she would re-make my order in it’s entirety for nothing and apologized for the oversight on their part…wow, wasn’t looking for that but I accepted her offer!

The meal was absolutely delicious, thank you to Lu, she rose above and provided costumer service on the fly without having to ask for permission, which always seems to be the case these days!!

Lu rocks…cheers to her!!

Overall the food is what you expect getting from a fast food restaurant. The reason for my review is the front end worker, seemed like she was literally running the whole place by herself, and with a smile. Long line of cars, people in the store and she was still pleasant and as efficient as possible. Huge kudos to her for her service. 👏

I picked up an order today and was greeted professionally and kindly by a gentleman. My order was ready and pack neatly. The service here I may note made this one of the best experiences i’ve had at one of these establishments. I will undoubtedly visit this Carls Jr again!

Jennifer was incredibly helpful and very kind on our trip traveling state to state we will make this a future stop very pleased.

This location used to be bad..But the Manager made changes and the food was great. Actually looked like the pics! The Manager was a pleasure to talk to! Great job to her!

Was just in the restaurant, when a man came in screaming about "not enough ketchup..." I will say I am super impressed with how the employees handled him and his irateness. Great customer service. I come here often

Food was great, looked just like the advertisements, the restaurant was clean and decorative for the Superbowl. I had a great experience.

The manager clearly loves her job and her team. They have an awesome veterans memorial up as well. It was the best fast food experiences I’ve ever had.

My first time at Carl's Jr. will not be my last! What a delightful experience through the drive-through...really enjoyed Rachel's cheerful attitude and courtesy. Yummy hash browns (much better than "the other guy"). I was just travelling through Coeur d'Alene, but now I look for Carl's Jr. again today. Thank you.

Great food AND cheaper than, quite literally, every other burger place right now

The entire staff is so friendly and great at their jobs! I come here regularly and I never have a bad experience. I have a special shout out for Jennifer! Thank you for the help and making sure my chicken sandwiches were fresh and had plenty of mayo ☺. Good job to the whole crew!

My friend and I just went through the drive thru we had 2 orders in one car and when ended having to change it to one order at the window the woman Lu maintained her professionalism didn't get upset with us she very nice. The food was delicious and the fact that they give people with special needs an opportunity just puts this business at the top of my list. They will forever have my business thank you for the wonderful experience.

My visit was what you hope for a fast food experience to be. Food came in a timely manner, tables were clean, and the staff were friendly.

I wanted to mention that on 3/28 at 8:00 PM, I went through the drive-thru and was greeted by great customer service from Ramon. He was friendly and polite when taking my order. I surely appreciated it! I called this morning to let the manager know of this good interaction. When I called the gentleman on the phone (I can't remember his name🤔) was also friendly and polite. Way to go!

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The woman working the drive thru was patient. The food came out relatively fast and at just the right temperature too :)

I was trying to find somewhere quick and easy for biscuits and gravy and this was the place they were so good!
