Wendy's

Met need for fast service and fresh hot food. Cheerful greeting and correct food order; lite ice, extra pickle, lite sauce on burgers, extra sour cream for baked potatoes and extra cheese on chili. Included straws, forks, spoons & knives and requested extra napkins. Nothing missing.

My daughter and grandkids, and I enjoyed them quick efficient very polite & friendly customer service during our drive thru lunch.
Food was hot, delicious and a great value too!
I would totally recommend the Appleway CdA Wendys to anyone wanting a quality, freshly prepared, inexpensive, fast food place!
It's really nice to have good ole fashioned customer service provided by cheery professionals, it is a refreshing change from some of tho other fast food establishments!

Also, my daughter enjoys Wendy's salads immensely-has never been disappointed with their varied and creative offerings!

As usual Wendy's is one of the cleanest fast food chains that is out there...and the Coeur d'Alene Wendy's is no different...clean as a whistle...I was greeted by Sandra's fantastic smile and served a hot and delicious breakfast baconator....I enjoyed my breakfast sandwich with a great tasting order of seasoned potatoes....I tell you what. I know that Wendy's is new to the fast food breakfast game but they hit a home run this morning....thank you Coeur d'Alene Wendy's...you are a blessing to our already blessed community..

There was a long line but they rocked it! The 3 young men that I dealt with in the drive through were sweet and super efficient! Our order was perfect as always.

Fast,just got two frosty. Always surprised at the price (over $5 usd for two small....at home in canada it's about $1.75 for two small) not their fault

I came into this location on January 2nd 2023 around 8pm and gotta say this is how a business needs to be operated! I had a giant order for my pregnant lady and they had it out fast and hot, nothing was missing.I cannot say how awesome the crew were, just super friendly. Everyone on this shift needs an immediate raise!

If they are not THE BEST... then why is their line always THE LONGEST in town...???

Visited here during the labor shortage, and was impressed by how efficient they were operating while being short-staffed. The lobby was clean, the staff was well-run, and the manager still took a moment to be sweet to my daughter. These guys are great!

The young lady taking our order was very friendly. Ashley is definitely a good pick to be the first point of contact in the restaurant as she is so personable.
Food was great, restaurant was clean.

The staff is always friedly and services is always fast. The prices are fair for the quality you receive the food is always hot and fresh.

Food is usually good. Wendy's is not speedy, you may sit in line and inordinate amount of time. Mozzarella chicken sandwich I would pass on. Needs improvement in the formula.

Very nice people excellent food you get full off of just one of those burgers and there never Frozen beef it's just taste so good

The Spicy chicken b1g1 deal is great. The breading on the chicken was crisp, not soft like some places. The heat was not over bearing. Fresh buns.
The new fries tasted just like the old fries with the only noticable difference being they were a bit crispier and the stayed hot longer.
This is what I expect from a well run restaurant.

Go here all the time Bill is district manager love the people who work for this place. Always friendly know me by name most of the time. Lots of wonderful people working there. God bless each one.

Great staff here made our night. Despite being understaffed and really busy they all were so kind and got our order right! Thank you all for working so my lazy butt didn't have to cook! lol!

This is my favorite Wendy's. The food is always good and there's always a friendly girl who is smiling and happy. Love when people like their jobs and care about service. Thanks!

I love Wendy's. They have the best chicken nuggets I have ever tasted. And now they have their spicy chicken nuggets. So good! On top of that, every Wendy's I've ever gone to the staff seems to make it a point to have the best customer service ever. Super friendly and always offers a water cup. Just a good time, all around.
