At first I was impressed with the outside. Everything was clean and in order . The presentation of the outdoor selection was very tidy.
The placement of the machinery was better than what you see at a big name local car lot.
I also noticed the beautiful healthy looking plants on the garden/landscape side. Looked to me like a huge variety of choices.
Again, very well organized and tidy rows of bloom are satisfying.
It was near closing time when I entered. It was still busy with activity. The stocking had begun and a remodel in the paint department was underway. None of which affected my navigation.
I've always paid attention to the grandoire of big box stores.
It's simply amazing to see such a large spread. Which for some, is an overwhelming amount of stuff to take in at once. I always stop in the entrance and have a look around before darting off to get what I came for. As an American we are use to seeing such and never give it much thought. Some of the finest products in the world are right in front of me. In my opinion , Home Depot is an excellent example of how good we actually have it as Americans.
This Home Depot looked cared for and appeared newer looking. All the overhead signage was helpful and the placement was spot on. Every associate I spoke with was knowledgeable about his department and where to find stuff. I had questions and I got the answers. Which was really helpful in making my selection. Literally a sea of products to choose from.
Don't hesitate to ask for help.
Overall this Home Depot was everything it should be. The big boss would be proud and the stakeholders confident , indeed they strive for excellence at this location.

Derek helped me out A LOT today... Went out of his way during a very busy time to talk and cut PVC pipes for me by hand... Wouldnt have been able to take them otherwise. Very friendly hardworking guy give him his props!

Kaitlin from tool rental was awesome! The system messed up my reservation for a truck rental. She went above and beyond to correct the problem and was extremely helpful and courteous. Im a small business owner and customer service means a lot to me. I will always continue to give my business to this particular home depot and will DEFINITELY recommend it to others! Thanks so much. Had exactly what I needed to install new hot water tank and easy to find

I ordered my deep freezer and did curbside pickup. This was one of the best experiences. The wait was not long and the attendants were superb!!

Best Home Improvement Store Around. Always have helpful employees and have tons of stuff in stock or can always order special items and pick up at the store. My go to place.

So you guys have this awesome worker in plumbing. His Name is Derek what a great nice awesome hardworking guy. Helps me out everytime. My dad loves him talks very highly of him. He knows what he is talking about. Highly recommend this guy in plumbing

As a Pro customer, I am lucky enough to know what I need and where it is in the store. The management is doing a remarkable job adjusting to these unique times. Many other stores are not as well stocked or friendly. Dawn and Ray at the Pro services are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Honestly one of the best Home Depot's I have been to.

I have to give 5 stars for this store. I come to this Home Depot ALL THE TIME! Staff Members, are NOT perfect every time, they don't hover over customers and sometimes I may even have to go look for someone (that's usually a down time when staff is limited) to help me. However, i don't have an issue with that! When I do need someone they are ALWAYS professional and knowledgeable enough to work at Home Depot. They don't need to all be retired contractors with extensive knowledge in building & plumbing. I was just here yesterday and I was helped once again by the nicest man. Consumers can sometimes be very exasperating and I wish they would think twice about leaving negative reviews online as they can be very important to all businesses. Especially small businesses that are judged solely on what others think of them. If you have a negative visit then be SPECIFIC instead of "this place sucks"! and when you have a good visit make sure to review then too! Peace!

Greeters at the door very helpful everybody in the store is very helpful if they have a uniform on they will tell you where it is whatever you need. The only thing that I couldn't find a birdhouse or much in the way of bird seed and they only had like hummingbird feeders mostly. The plants were all very nice I don't know much about tools and stuff but I do know their plants were real nice except some of the outdoor ones were a little parched but I'm not great store great experience.

I went to a different Home Depot and didnt get no where near the helpful assistance I received at the Somerset location where the manager on duty Gerald and staff helped me find a refrigerator that was available to ship to my new place. Thank you so much Gerald and staff, you understand the value of exceptional customer service! 😁

Patrick in plumbing is the real deal polite and knowledgeable. I went in for a shower and hot water heater they were sold out and called another store and had it ready for us upon arrival. We did purchase the hot water heater through this Home Depot and it had a broken drain. He quickly made the situation right and has earned a customer for life. Additionally Ada helped Patrick and was supportive as he had to follow the correct chain of command to get the process completed. While leaving the women at the cashier station provided my two year old son with a miniature Home Depot apron.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is so helpful and friendly, and they always have what I need and more. I love shopping here and I feel safe doing so. I will always shop here over Lowe’s. Prices are unbeatable and the amount of options is above and beyond. I love this location!
