The manager Zach was so helpful. He answered all my questions with patients and in a way I understood. I will recommend that ATT store to my frienfs

Getting a new phone can be both exciting and daunting, especially for seniors. But the patience and help from the young man who helped me at the ATT store made all the difference on the world. The process took a while but he was wonderfully helpful.

I had a wonderful experience with Brian at AT&T in Swansea mass. He answered all my questions and more took his time with me and made sure that I left with everything I needed to purchase a new phone. I would definitely return for a future purchases with AT&T. I have been a customer since 2006.

This is our second time buying phones from Karissa. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the features and benefits of each phone, and all accessories. She was patient, and helped us select the right phones for our business. She is the best!

Brenin did an amazing job and knows the AT&T business world very well. I felt bad as his manager left early and he was the only worker dealing w the stress of having a full store of customers. I had a very positive experience at this store. It’s not the first time I have been there. Staff is always friendly and helpful and answer any questions you have. Did not have a positive experience at one of the other stores, so it made me appreciate the Swansea store.

My husband and I came in to upgrade his phone. Karissa Pagan your team leader, treated us like family. We were upset about our bill and we were considering going to your competitor. Because of her we have two new iPhones and a new service plan and are very very happy. Anybody reading this go to the store in Swansea Massachusetts awesome.

Harrison did a great job putting together the package and accessories I needed, with no pressure at all. He answered all my questions thoroughly and professionally, all while being very friendly and personable. The night before, he and his coworker Josue encountered system issues that prevented my service from being transferred from my old phone to my new one, and they were very apologetic. Josue was very helpful as well, as well as very kind and professional. I was very pleased with my experience at this store. Thanks!

Awesome customer service!! All employees were pleasant and professional. I had gone in to pick up an online order. Brian assisted me with that - and despite a bit of an error on my part (causing some real problems!!!) - he remained pleasant, professional and determined to fix the problem. Explained everything clearly and resolved the issue. He did an exemplary job and I couldn't be happier with the service and product! Best staff ever!

I worked with Brenin and he was excellent! I told him exactly what I wanted and he always came over with a variety of options, whether it was wireless charger, phone cases or even the actual phone itself! He even stood a little later than his shift to help figure out some issues we my old phone! I'm very thankful for him and all of his help!

I visited the Swansea location after visiting the seekonk location and not having a good experience from seekonk. Karissa made the entire process of upgrading easy. I will always be going to that location for now on.

This was my second time in this store and both times Jouse’ was the rep who assisted me. I want to say he goes over and beyond. His profession customer service skills are excellent. I’m an HR professional and saw all the qualities in him that I would want in one of my employees. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Good employees are hard to find.

Both times I was in your store and dealing with him. He was attentive, knowledgeable, training and professional. These traits are very few. I left there wanting to fill out a survey or was going to call with my praises.

Josue was great! He helped my husband and I transfer from prepaid to postpaid easily. We both received free phones with their great promotions and he was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend friends and family to go see him.

Lars was terrific at helping me choose a new phone. He went through all the options and explained them well. He offered his informed opinion on what might be my best choices considering my situation, but I never felt he was overbearing.
