Good afternoon, I wanted to share that Jacob Dunham out of the Verizon sales office located at 728 Gar Highway in Swansea, MA was the BEST experience we have had. We stopped going to that sales office about 3 years ago due to poor service from 2 gentlemen who are no longer employed there. We were hesitant to go, but are we glad we did. We walked away with 4 new cells, 4 cell cases, 2 magnet wallet attachments, 4 clear glass screen protectors, and honestly, if it weren't already 9:18 p.m. we would've kept purchasing items as Jacob was that attentive. EXCELLENT. There was another rep and the store manager there that were also incredibly helpful. The store manager was about to leave when we walked in and stayed to ensure Jacob was supported and that we were happy. Great job with staffing that stores with professional sales representatives!!! We almost left Verizon (check our account - you'll see), but they turned that around. It was past closing and Jacob didn't flinch and offered to meet my husband back at the store today to finish transferring the data from my cell to the new one! My husband and I had a great experience at the Swansea location with Marc. We both needed to update our phones and he told care of everything for us. It took much longer than any of us anticipated but Marc stayed an hour past closing just to make sure everything was done. He never complained and was super helpful. He also helped to find us the best deals and promotions that we didn't even know about. Highly recommend this location and Marc if you need help! Thank you!

Came here the day after Christmas for a new phone Mark hooked it up the dude is legit . He made everything easy and told me exactly what I needed without trying to upcharge me . That's my brother from another mother.

Needed to share what an absolute amazing employee Brian is! Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and super helpful. I bought an iphone and accessories earlier in the day from Lacey, who was wonderful! I had some issues and returned to the store and was helped by Brian. He spent two hours with me fixing, pairing, explaining, and re-explaining when I didn't understand! He then came outside to my car with me and helped with connecting and explaining Carplay! I can't say enough about this gentleman. You are the very best Brian, you made my experience at Verizon great! I highly recommend this location and Brian!! Wish I could give 10 stars

Marc saved the day!! He helped me reset my password.. and I was able to unlock my phone before travel plans. He was very patient and kind with me, and helped talk me off the ledge!! Cheers to Marc!

This evening I went to Verizon to get a new screen protector for my IPhone, Brian was very helpful with this purchase. He also was helpful with finding ways to save me money on my monthly bill. He is polite and was wonderful to work with I hope to do business with him on my next purchase.

My husband and I had an issue with our 2 new phones that we had purchased and signed up for service from another Verizon Store. The phones had been working the night we purchased them but both phones lost service the following morning. We discovered this on the way to a function. We were not near the store we purchased the phone from but when we drove through Swansea my husband saw this Verizon store. We walked in we met a very pleasant Zac M. He had us up a running in no time and showed us how to fix the issue if it happened again. Thank you Zac M for making our stressful day stress free.

I remember when premium retailers were things to be avoided. Grand Wireless always was terrible so I stuck with the Retail stores until switching the Best Buy because I wanted their warranty, not Asurion's.

But as I approach another upgrade, my two visits to this store (And the decline of the service in retail stores and the knowledge of staff at Best Buy) is ultimately drove me to make my next upgrade HERE. I don't like the Middletown location as much. THIS is the one to go to (Though I hear their other one in Northern RI is good too...)

I did my mom's upgrades here and the person helping was genuinely friendly, something I honestly don't see too often anymore, so I started going here for all my upgrades. It's not very often a salesman can ACTUALLY ANSWER my questions!

This review was updated in November 2023 because as I promised when I first did the review MANY YEARS ago...This has been were I did the last 2 phone upgrades, and even added a tablet!

Outstanding. He explained everything to me in detail. Justin and Chris are outstanding in explaining the process to me. I am comfortable with their help.

I had a great experience at this Verizon. I came in with a very damaged phone that didn’t even stay on for longer than 2 minutes at a time. Chris and his trainee helped me they were awesome!! Chris drove to Raynham to get the phone I wanted and helped me set it up. It was very difficult to transfer my information over to my new phone but he was very patient and took his time helping me. We tried to back my phone up which didn’t end up working because my phone did not stay on long enough.He knew of an app that we used to get my contacts and photos over to my new phone. He was very knowledgeable and his trainee was awesome to! The best Verizon workers!! They were very funny and caring

I've been to this store more than once.
When I upgraded my phone I dealt with Skylar and she was a pleasure to work with. She answered all my questions and helped me save $$. It was a very smooth transaction. She even followed up a few days later, not something you often get in this day and age. Will defiantly return to this store.

Yesterday 9/26/22, I dealt with Justin and boy did I give him a mess to fix. He was pleasant, reviewed everything, made the calls needed and fixed all my issues. Lets just call him Mr. fix it. Again, a pleasure to work with especially with my difficult issue.

Justin is the Best, greeting me as a customer entering the Store. He’s very knowledgeable, took the time explaining everything to me.

I can’t say enough about this place! Mark was our sales representative and he was beyond incredible! He helped me switch my plan over and upgrade my phone. As a result of his excellent service, my parents ended up getting new phones as well! He even took a ride all the way to the Middletown, RI store to get the phone I was looking for. We also got grade trade in deals on the phones, and more. We spent a good few hours with him and he would not stop until we were 100% satisfied, which we were working with him from the very beginning. My parents and I are grateful to have done business with Mark and I highly recommend him when you are looking either to upgrade your phone or just have a question about your current plan. The other sales representatives who were there were very helpful as well!! We felt so welcome and comfortable! Customer service is obviously their top priority! Mark, keep doing what your doing!

After several attempts to activate our new iPhones using tech support over the phone with no luck , we decided to visit the Verizon store in Swansea, MA. Upon entering the store we were greeted by a very nice young man named Zachary Nunez. He worked so hard for approximately 2 hours with tech support to get our iPhones activated. He picked up on issues that tech support did not and he knew the right questions and technical language to get it corrected. We grateful for his diligent efforts. Zachary is a personable, patient, very kind and we so appreciated all his efforts!

Hunter & Nani at the Swansea store were amazing! Hunter completed a complicated transaction (we upgraded multiple phones) in 45 minutes, which I truly appreciated because I was on a time constraint. He is super knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Nani was equally as great as Hunter. Their customer services skills are amazing, and I hope they will be recognized for their stellar performance today! Thank you!

Carla was amazing. She’s super knowledgeable and good at what she does! Upgraded two of our phones super quick and made the transition super simple. Highly recommend her at the Swansea Verizon if you ever need an upgrade or any help with your phones!

Working with Rithy was a delightful experience. He assisted in answering questions that reviews couldn't readily answer about the phones we were looking into, and encouraged us to do our research at the same time as we were working with him. A key aspect of his work was the talk of creating an in-store culture of long term relationships with customers, and that's the atmosphere he created.

Overall an informative and friendly experience.
