AT&T Store

Really happy with the customer service here. Seems like every place I go has lost the importance of not acting like they’d rather be anywhere else than work. It’s a quiet store but deserves more attention. Shoutout to Austin for being one of the rare ones that actually cares about his work. He was patient, knowledgeable and really simplified my problem for me. Will be back!

Wanted to just give a quick shout out to Derex at this AT&T store. He was very helpful and patient with my request and not only that as I waited in the store as there were other customers before me I observed he extended the same great service to all of them. In this day and age with AI, Chats and people on the other end of the line not understanding the problem, as opposed to having a real person with great attitude serving the consumer is rare so really wanted to appreciate his work. I haven’t purchased a new phone with a new line since the year 2000 (seriously). So feeling overwhelmed is an understatement. But upon walking into the Progress Ridge store (Beaverton / Tigard, OR), Berto was nothing but calm, patient, informative and professional. I truly appreciated how he took the time to repeat himself to ensure I understood the difference between the various phones and plans. He was so kind and stellar at his job.

AT&T - please recognize Berto’s outstanding performance and promote him IMMEDIATELY. He’s not the type of employee you want to get away. Upselling, cross-selling, etc. He did it all. 10/10

Austin was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me upgrade my phone and ended up saving me money on my bill.

Went there to get a sim card and Derex was super helpful and friendly. Was in and out quick!

Caleb was helpful with assisting me through my upgrade options. He was patient and knowledgeable. If I have any questions or concerns I will refer back to this location.

Megan was awesome! She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure we got precisely what we needed. Megan's a real credit to AT&T! We’ll definitely be coming back to the Progress Ridge location!

The customer service was excellent! G.O. took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the decisions I was making and then was very patient and friendly going through the process of updates and changes, which took some time. Even with other people coming in, I never felt forgotten or rushed. It wasn't a change I had planned on making but had to do and G.O. made it much easier and more pleasant than I ever expected.

Kita was very knowledgeable and friendly! She helped me with everything I needed - even some things on the iPhone I haven't figured out yet. She took her time with me while simultaneously handling other customers as she was working alone (and on her birthday!). Very organized, thorough, and fun to talk to! She really made this a nice experience and if AT&T continues to hire people like her, I will be a customer for life!

Mat was great! Helped me get a new watch to go with my s23! Very friendly and good conversation!

Employees Simon and Geo were amazing! We needed a specific phone for one that was lost on Christmas Eve and they went above and beyond to help us and make sure it got done and handled immediately. If they hadn’t helped us we would’ve had to wait 2 weeks to replace the phone. Thanks guys!

I got a message on my phone recently from AT&T that I was eligible for an upgrade. I hop into this neighborhood store to explore my upgrade options. I really had every intention of just upgrading my phone, paying whatever fees were associated with that and being on my way.

The person helping me, Brady - who based on his badge also appeared to be the manager - was super helpful! Unprompted, he looked up various options for different upgrade routes that would make the most sense for me, get me into a new iPhone, and be the most cost effective for me.

In short, not only did I end up getting a new phone, and a new line that I could use as a spare (it was more cost effective to do it that way, by taking advantage of current promotions at the time rather than simply upgrading my phone), but I'm also saving a decent chunk of change on my monthly unlimited plan (which includes now 5 - used to be 4 - lines). Totally unexpected, but a great example of going above and beyond and exceeding expectations.

I walked in expecting to spend a small amount of money and do a routine upgrade; and I walked out with more than what I came in with, no up-front charge to me, and while still saving about $30-40/month going forward on my bill. I've been with AT&T for well over a decade. And it's service like this that will likely keep me around for a decade more.

This AT&T store rocks! My mom’s phone had been hijacked and I needed a new one ASAP. Luis and Kida were so helpful and patient. Luis even took the time to program my mom’s phone with some of her favorite apps! I am coming back to AT&T Progress Ridge for all my phone needs!

Tried to exchange our phones within the two week trial period and ran into numerous road blocks at this location. Came in to speak to the manager one morning and found Joseph working. After being told by others that we may "just be stuck with our phones" because they did not know how to make the exchange (which is allowable per AT&T policy) it was a relief to meet Joseph. Without any hesitation Joseph completed the transaction and we were on our way. Joseph was very professional and I left feeling better about doing business with this location as long as Joseph is there. I would highly recommend him for a manager position with AT&T. Thanks Joseph!

Just signed up with Shay at this location earlier this month! He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and was able to get our numbers transferred from our old company to AT&T quickly and smoothly.
When issues came up with our first bill, Shay helped me call customer service (both reps I spoke to were very nice and helpful as well) and we were able to get the issue resolved in less than 10 minutes!
I'm very happy with our new accounts and would recommend talking to Shay if you're looking to switch carriers!

I had a great experience with the gentleman I worked with. He was helpful, informative, and very warm and friendly. This was my first time to this location and I found it a major improvement over the "service" I've received at another Beaverton location on Canyon Rd.

Amazing quick and painless service even though we wandered in about 30 minutes to close. Jose Camarillo helped us navigate through the process of getting my girlfriends phone back online and provided good knowledge of how to best use the current AT&T deals. Top notch service! In and out in 20 mins.

This store is honestly worth the 30 minute drive for me. Andy (the manager) will take the time to make sure you have a phone & plan that you're happy with. As long as your reasonable, he's do whatever he can to help.
