Very kind, personable and patient cashier. Able to find everything I needed. So lucky to have an unassuming cvs building in the center of Provincetown. Doesn’t look like a big box structure.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Good inventory. Welcoming of dogs and even gave our dog a treat at checkout. A delightful shopping experience.

Best pharmacy I have ever been to!

I have gone tot CVS for awhile the staff is truly extraordinary. They go above and beyond each visit. Today a team member Rey really made my day. The pharmacist is so caring and does more for people than any other CVS I've been to. They make you feel like family. Thanks for all you do.

Since their opening day the pharmacy and store have been a pleasure to visit. Our medications are many and they are always ready and waiting for us when we arrive. The store saves visits to the hardware, stationary and photo stores. Polite and competent staff are our treasure.

Did not have phone chargers

After 20 mins on hold with the pharmacy, I decided to go see their “long line.” 🙄 Seriously?? They can’t even pick up and simply say, “we’ll be right with you?” Oh, and I was still on hold when this pic was taken.

This has to be the worst CVS Pharmacy in existence. Does not matter the season, they never answer their phones. Today, I was on for 27 minutes without anyone answering. I drove down to the store and there was no one in front of the pharmacy. You could hear the automated system saying," three Pharmacy calls' however, all of the employees were ignoring it. I was then asked if I could be helped and I asked how long it took to answer the phone and showed them that I was waiting for now over 27 minutes. The response from a nasty male tech. was," we're trying to fill prescriptions and we had a long line." At which point he was reprimanded by the pharmacist. Hire more staff for goodness sake! I strongly suggest going to Stop & Shop or using the local clinic pharmacy. Much more professional and accommodating.

A woman worker/hopefully not (but possibly) a manager, 'greeted' my children and me with, 'What are looking for?'

I replied, 'hair elastics.' She pointed to aisle 3.

When I could only find large packages of elastics I had not room to hold, I turned to leave the store.

The woman gave me a disgusted look. It was so bad, my son asked me why this woman was so mean?

What gives? What ever happened to customer service?

Incompetent. I've been trying to schedule a second dose vaccine appointment for days with this place. No times are ever posted on the site. When I asked the pharmacist, he told me there's only one provider at the clinic, and that 'it's Ptown', as if that was supposed to mean something.

Yes, it's Ptown and it had a super spreader event that attracted the attention of the entire nation, causing seasonal businesses to lose substantial revenue and the town's reputation to be tarnished. Maybe that one provider should prioritize vaccine appointments...

I would give this store absolutely ZERO stars if I could. Janice, a supervisor doesn’t know how her store works. Additionally, Ray the other supervisor isn’t helpful either. The customer service at this store is NON EXISTENT.
