The UPS Store

I have visited this location in caln Village multiple times. Easy to park, staff is friendly and has good conversations with customers. I visited this time to send a package on a specific envelope, and only this store carried the pad type envelope. I was able to leverage their shipping service. I'm happy with it.

Today, Amy the associate handling my package was the most caring and compassionate associate I have encountered this holiday season. Extremely informative helpful and even let me know about my AAA discount I had no idea about before.

I ship over 200 packages a month and have visited several UPS stores this one is by far the best the worker Aimee is AMAZING she has helped me several times with shipping questions and problems she always greets you with a smile Aimee is fabulous and a asset to your company keep up the good work and thank you soo much Aimee for your pleasant customer service

Jennifer Semple was very helpful. And extremely friendly and genuinely loves her job. I believe she's trying to become a Manager, and she definitely should be. She's definitely management material. You can tell she is a people person and has a pleasant personality. I will continue coming here because out of all the local UPS stores, the Thorndale, PA store has the most friendly and helpful employees.

Amazon is making it more difficult to return items but the girl here was very helpful.

Alex was very helpful. My former employer was refusing to set up a time for UPS to come and pickup my electronics equipment (I have a bad back and lifting heavy items can hurt and/or further injured my back). So, I had to take everything to the UPS store to then find out it would cost extra to box everything up. Since I don't trust my former employer to repay me the full packaging amount (via a phone call from their IT company), Alex helped carry everything back to my car in the handicapped parking spot. And I'll need to wait for the email approval that they'll reimburse me the full amount. It meant a lot to me that Alex was so helpful by carrying everything back to my car and even loaded it in the backseat for me.

Fantastic store with supportive folks, got all the help needed.. keep up the good work!!

I was the most frustrating customer ever the other day, and Eric waited patiently and respectfully while I sifted through my emails--sans glasses--to find my Amazon return codes. I promised I'd write a great review about the store and him as a thank-you! No other way to make up the time I took!! Thank you, Eric!!

The employees at this store are always super helpful! There is usually not a wait and the employees do a thorough job. Parking is easy. I usually return Amazon packages through this store and they've never lost one. :)

Bruce and Jeanine have been super helpful for years! They helped us grow our business by enabling us to ship quickly, affordably, and efficiently. They've also helped with printing projects. Everyone else in the store over the years have always been helpful too. Great team!

Used this UPS branch to pickup/pack/ship a sizable, fragile lot from a Pook & Pook Auction (purchased for a museum). Professionally boxed and expeditiously transported to Toronto for a very reasonable fee; exactly 2 days for door-to-door delivery that included customs clearance.

The team at the Downingtown UPS Store provide excellent service. They are extremely knowledgeable about all services provided. I recently had some printing done and I am extremely pleased with the product.

I go here all the time for package returns and sometimes to make copies. I've always had a good experience. The people who work here have been helpful and friendly.

Have used this store numerous times and never had a problem. Even when they're busy I'm never there more than a few minutes.

Everytime I've been here, everyone has been very quick to help me, and very friendly! The only UPS store I go to now!
