Our go to grocery store. Great and friendly staff, good prices and we can get everything we want in one stop.

Easy to find everything and we were in and out in the self checkout in minutes.

Great deli and prepared food department. This location is super clean and seems to be better run than others. I just wish they had a gas station to use my gas perks. The closest location with a gas station is 20 + minutes away. It does not make cents to drive that far to save a couple bucks on a fill up.

When all the grocery stores are out of my baby's special formula Giant's always have it in available. I appreciate the customer service representatives they are always generous, professional, empathetic & patient. Thank You Giants for Your Loyalty!

I just want to say that every time I have come to the Thorndale Giant, I usually use the self checkout lane, either the conveyor or the little one. There is an awesome, hard working young man that helps everyone in the self checkout lanes, Shashank. He is so good at his job & works so hard during the busy times to help everyone who needs it.

This Giant in Thorndale has come a very long way in the 15 years I have been shopping there. I have seen the store grow and improve to meet the needs of the growing population growing up around it. And there are staff there that are really great. I know that this store collects money for local charities with every transaction and achieves large sums in that endeavor. It gives back to the local community every day. But today I saw something even more special. Staff volunteered their time to plant trees at Municipal Park and along GO Carlson in a program grant aimed at stopping the flooding that occurs in this area. There were so many and they gladly and happily gave their time to assist in the planting of 475 native trees and shrubs. In their uniforms and smiling they continued to assist the local community and I was so thankful they were there alongside the other volunteers. They should be commended for their huge involvement. And in time I hope they see their contribution at work and remember the tree they planted. When I shop again which is very frequent I will think of each person that I saw helping out. And feel better about patronizing a business that cares about its local community. Thank you to the awesome staff there!

I recently used your catering service for a birthday party I held. Being out of the area, I purchased food for the entire party from you online. I was extremely impressed with the service I received in the store and the delicious food we had for the party.

In the store, your employees that helped me were extremely courteous and helpful. They collected all of my purchased food items quickly, took me to the customer service desk to pay so I didn’t have to stand in line and wait, and then proceeded to help load the items in my car.

I ordered wraps, macaroni and cheese, a fruit tray, vegetable tray, and a party pack. All of the food items were delicious and very attractively presented on the trays. Everyone at my party was happy with their meal and appetizers.

I strongly recommend your catering services for any catering need. Great job.

It was a pleasure meeting Nick in customer service today. His professionalism, patience an understanding helped me to feel more at ease. He helped me with the lottery and I needed a rain check. I asked if someone could help me put a case of water in my car. Nick said, I can help you and he did. I called the store manager and spoke to Justin and told him about Nick and his professionalism. I told him Nick need to be made employee of the month. It was also a pleasure talking to Justin. I had a great day at Giant today. Thank You. Ursula Jenkins

I work down the street from Giant and recently starting hitting it during my lunch hour.
The store is always well stocked, people are nice. Marty needs to go though.
Love the convenience of Starbucks too.

Meredith who works in the pick up dept. always goes above and beyond to make sure I have substitutes in my order if items are out. She even made sure my 20oz Coke was cold when I picked up my order!!! Who does that!? An outstanding employee!!! Thank you Meredith in order pick up!!

I came into Giant this morning and the cashier Phyllis was a breath of fresh air, she's so sweet and joyful! checking out in her line was a good start to my morning! Such a delightful person! 💕

Large Giant grocery store. Make sure to get a Giant membership card. Also there are a lot of coupons, some that need to be clipped from flyer or using online app

The great star has everything

Giant is our go to the grocery store. We have been doing grocery pick up lately and it always always on time with a very friendly employee. There is no contact if you want they will open your trunk for everything and close the trunk without even having to interact if you don’t want to.

Awesome stuff for all party n events

I started using direct ordering online for my grocery shopping. I love it! It is very easy and convenient! Kyrsten and Morgan have shopped for me and did a great job. If they didn't have what I needed I got a free upgrade. I didn't even need to get out of my car!

Great store very clean and easy layout. Always a good temperature. Only downfall is I can't stand that robot that goes around the store it's unsettling and always seems to cut me off. Not the store or employees fault though.
