We just leased our third car with Erik Baron of D’Ambrosio and as usual had a stellar experience. Erik is a genuinely nice guy. A bit late given this review but I must say they did an amazing job helping me to buy a car. I’ve grown to love Jeeps, and they did everything in their power to find me and my growing family, a Jeep I felt comfortable in and had the features that worked for me. I was here a couple of months back, looking for a used vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and courteous, and not too 'pushy.'

I was able to work with Rachel Brennan, she really helped me look for options that matched what I was looking for -- and was a straight shooter. Very helpful, up-front, and interested in helping me find the right match.

Although I did not end up making a purchase here it was only due to inventory reasons, this seems to be a great dealership. Next time I am looking for a vehicle (new or used) I will definitely be back and would be happy to work with Rachel again.

I had amazing experience. Gary Thomas is an amazing salesman and he has a great personality which is what I like. He knew exactly my budget. This dealership gave me a very fair price for my trade in and sold me a Certified Pre Owned 2019 Dodge Durango well under market value. The 1hr 10 minute drive was worth it The process was made easy and I am very happy with my new car. I will be referring my family and friends to this dealership.

We just purchased a car for our daughter today. We had great service from the time we walked in the door. The team greeted us with a warm welcome. Gary was patient and took his time to take us through our options which included test driving. He was knowledgeable about all the details of the cars we reviewed. Shout out to the service department at Dambrosio Downingtown. Everytime I stop in for oil change, inspection, whatever, everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Went in today because I was having issues with my remote door lock, which wouldn't stop beeping. The gentleman in the service dept, (sorry didn't catch your name) repaired my remote within minutes. I really appreciate the service 🤗

If you are looking to buy a car I highly recommend asking for Isaiah! He is awesome! He will help you find what you are looking for with no pressure buying if you can’t find the vehicle you want. He will go above and beyond. He will check in after buying the car to make sure everything is good with you and your vehicle. I will continue to drive a hour to buy from him. I will never again use another car dealership after the experience I had here. My daughter even said how everyone is so nice there. She would want to go back there again and hang out!
