AT&T Store

I came in yesterday (Saturday) and didn’t have to wait at all. I knew I wanted to leave T-Mobile since my contract was up, Aaron helped get me set up with a new plan and a new phone! Normally I would dread going to a phone store and doing this because it seems like it always takes 2+ hours. But, Aaron made this as painless as possible and was so knowledgeable about the products and services. I also ended up treating myself to an iPad! I will 100% recommend this store and Aaron to any of my friends and my boyfriend now wants to go see him to upgrade his phone. Thank you again Aaron!

I ventured to this store with a goal to give them a piece of my mind about the bill I was currently paying but, a Sexy Blackman named Aaron with his professionalism and expert knowledge and smooth voice disarmed my rage. His thorough analysis of my account and explanation was enlightening and pleasant. Thank you. If you are reading this give these gentlemen a chance to charm you with their service.

Hands down the best service I’ve ever had in dealing with my cellular and internet service. Store reps have always been professional and positive. Can’t recommend this branch enough.

This location is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Charles is who I believe the manager is at this location. Charles is what makes this location great. His knowledge of the intricacies of AT&T and their products is very apparent. This knowledge coupled with his attitude and ability to assist the customer is deserving of a 11/10 rating. The rest of the employees at this location have an excellent role model for how to help customers and often perform accordingly.

I went into the AT&T store today to get some help with a small problem that I had with my iPhone. What a pleasant experience it was! I was first greeted by Tyler opening the front door for me and welcoming me into the store with a big smile. Then we were soon joined by Cody and Jake. Not only was my problem solved quickly, but they showed me how to fix the problem if I ever had it again. Their demeanor was so up beat and positive that I hated to leave the store. If only all of my errands could be like this.

This store is amazing!!! Fast and efficient with service and makes sure they do all they can for you to leave with a smile! I highly recommend this AT&T store.

Guys in the Noblesville store were so helpful and considerate. They were totally honest about whether or not the service at my location would be appropriate for my needs. I appreciated their candor and courteous help.

My brand new IPhone 14 ProMax just went dead on me. I dreaded going to have it checked out, thinking it would take forever. But Emily had it working in less than a minute (I’m middle aged and don’t do electronics 🫢) and she also gave me some excellent advice to prevent potential future issues. Definitely will use this AT&T store again.

I came to this store for help with my plan and the manager Nick was amazing. He explained everything and helped me switch to a better rate that worked for me, and I even got HBO for free! He went over everything I should expect on my first bill and was super nice during the whole exchange. I'll definitely be coming back.

Great location! The crew there helped me out with something I just couldn’t fix on my phone. I don’t do business with this location but you can bet I’m coming back for all my business needs.

The store manager and employees are all very helpful, knowledgeable and were very patient with my mom. They also helped her get a better plan and phone for her needs. They even informed her that since she is a nurse, she is eligible for a nice discount.

They also helped me ship a phone to an out-of-state daughter. I would highly recommend this location!

Greg and the store employees were so very awesome in helping me get a phone and add a line for my mom. They answered all of my questions and helped me through every step so efficiently. I appreciate all they did!! It put me at ease knowing I will have good and direct communication with my mom being so far way from her. It means so much!

From out of town, trying to help our college girl out......this crew was awesome to work with and help set her up. I especially want to applaud Charles for being an awesome person and going the extra mile for us. A+ all around

Josh the store manager was awesome! He went above and beyond to help get us the best deal on new phones to the point my monthly bill was lower than it had been, now we have two new iPhone 11 Pro Max’s, and an unlimited plan! We will never go to another cellular company for service!
