Artist Supply Source

I ordered a light table from Artist Supply Source and several weeks later, after several unanswered status requests and finally a refund request they were still sitting on my funds and unwilling to respond to me. I then decided to go through my financial institution to force a refund. Only after my financial institution contacted them did I get a message indicating that the item was discontinued by the manufacturer so they were going to refund my money. Incidentally, if you go to their site today, you can still add the item to your cart and go through the purchase process. Also, the item is still available from other stores. They LIED. Don't trust them.
