The team at this Walgreens is just the best. Everyone goes out of their way to provide amazing customer service and a great experience. These guys all work hard and it shows. Knowledgeable, friendly and capable. Thanks for always saying hello Cathy and Owen and knowing where everything is. Pamela and her staff at the pharmacy helped me transition a complicated Rx with several parts from another location and with my new insurance. I was just about to run out of the medicine. Meant the world to me to get it all on track again. Thank you guys!

I recently transferred my prescriptions from “the other” well known pharmacy to the Riteaid Pharmacy in Marstons Mills. I was a customer of that other pharmacy for 20+ years. The techs at the other pharmacy were great! It was the behavior of the pharmacist every month I visited his pharmacy that sent me across the street to this Riteaid Pharmacy!
I can’t say enough positive things about this pharmacy! The ENTIRE pharmacy staff couldn’t be more knowledgeable, helpful, kind, caring and non-judgemental!!! They go above and beyond what the typical pharmacy does for its customers. Initially, I transferred to this pharmacy without insurance and a whole lot of issues! The staff spent SO MUCH time helping me get the best price for my prescriptions AND had SO MUCH patience with me!
I wish I had transferred to this pharmacy MUCH SOONER! Thank you MM Pharmacy staff!

The most wonderful friendly helpful employees on the planet. I love shopping there. Have never been disappointed there. If you need help with anything in that store in Marston Mills you will get help with a welcoming smile.
I just wonder why the pictures of the employees are of people that are not at our store. How about showing the pictures of our employees that work at Marston Mills. You know praise should always be given twofold to employees that work so hard to take care of their customers. Thanks for listening,

Very kind and helpful staff with a great wide selection of products. They now have a Walgreens pharmacy which I have started using and is unbelievably better than my old one.

I get my medications at cvs across the street from walgreens in marstons mills but i might switch them to over here. I like walgreens much more then cvs

Great staff! Especially the pharmacists! Much quicker then across the street! and very helpful!

Extra nice pharmacists

I just had a prescription phoned into this Walgreens. I stepped out for 15 minutes while the prescription was being filled. When I returned - everyone behind the pharmacy counter then engaged in a heated conversation about whether or not they were going to be reimbursed for their travel... another consumer in line told me they had just received a phone call telling her to close the Pharmacy because they were needed to help at another store.
As I suspected - there is no notice on the website indicating that the Pharmacy at Walgreens Marston's Mills is closed for the day Wednesday, September 21st as of 10 am!
I was just lucky I went there directly after my appointment. I guess they don't care about anyone who has their prescriptions that need to be picked up today - or any providers who call in any prescriptions today! Maybe CVS cares more about the community?

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t answer phones, script NEVER ready, unfriendly unhelpful staff. Go without meds rather than go here.

I am so fed up with walgreens I keep having problems with the pharmacy and the pharmacist at this walgreens are so rude and for a about 4 months I kept making appointments cause I'm due for a tetanus shot and they kept canceling my appointment and I have important medications and a lot of times when I try to fill them online I see something that says they are temporary closed I'm switching to the pharmacy in my doctor's office. Then this old guy who works at the front of the store is really creepy

Horrible!!’, every previous reviews 1 star review, (would be -10) is 100% true, they close at the drop of a hat, you never know if you can pick up your scripts, many people need their meds NOW!!! not on their time!! They can’t keep anything strait, Very rude Pharmacist and Manager and basically clueless. Time to get the state involved as Walgreens is having major problems throughout the whole state!!!!!

I'm not even joking I had to call the pharmacy for a prescription issue and I sat on hold for 40 MINUTES WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER. I had to call on another phone to the manager of the store to go back there and make them answer the call. Transferring to another pharmacy company absolutely absurd.
